The hotel is clean, and the location is great, it's really close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Both pool areas are nice, although the pool water was a little cool. The breakfast was also good with a lot of variety. However, if you're vegan, you will probably have limited options. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help. Overall, we'd be happy to come back despite some issues.

Poor sound insulation. We could hear the kids playing and screaming in the pool area and the conversations of our neighbors even with the closed balcony. Unfortunately, we had very loud neighbors who stayed up late with loud music, so if you're looking for a quiet place, you better bring earplugs. It was a little upsetting that we didn't have any tea or coffee in the room. There was also no place to refill your water bottle, which we expected since the hotel claims to have 4 stars. It was very chilly at night in the room, and there was no warm blanket, only an old rug, which was not very comfortable.

I liked everything except paying for the water and any drink during dinner. View from the room balconies were superb, room size was good. Cleaned properly everyday. Breakfast and dinner have a lot of assortment. Hotel is very nice and aestethic, has two pools. Beach and city center are very close. Also, would be good to have an electric kettle in the room. Was easy to reach out there from Barcelona airport. Bust stop was very close to the hotel (2 min walk). We will be back again.

Price and various food

They did not asked when we arrive at the hotel. We missed the first dinner, because we were late. They said no sorry and they did not take any efforts to make us better. There were no tea pot and kettle in the room. The terrace with the sun baldachin beds were closed. A little bit far from the beach. The air condition was too cold in the restaurant every time. The bed was not comfy.

Amazing staff, they were super friendly and helped us out multiple times. Room is a bit basic but overall good, and had a good view of the city and ocean. A lot of stuff is within walking distance, so except for a small trip to a local botanical garden we were able to walk everywhere. Also very good breakfast, especially for the price, really recommend!

Not much! Only small thing we had trouble with was actually getting to the hotel we we arrived late and past 10 pm or so it's really not easy to get there.

Location - superb. Very near from the well-known castle and center, also near from the beach and bus- stop- just 3 minutes walk. Staff very kind and brilliant, especially all workers from reception. Great thanks for them.

Rooms weren’t cleaned well. We stayed for one week and and bed- sheets weren’t changed even one time.

Just back from a week long stay here and I have to say it was perfect. The staff are unbelievable, from the minute we walked through to the day we left. From the reception staff to service staff to the cleaning staff everyone was so friendly and helpful and really do make the stay that little bit more special. You are greeted with a smile and a glass of champagne. We were upgraded upon request at no extra cost because they had the availability so this was no hassle. We had a corner sea view room with a giant balcony. The room was spotless and tidied every day. Towels replaced whenever needed. We had breakfast included and it was fantastic, great selection for all diets. We had dinner there one night just to try it, it was €15pp with a drink included and this was also amazing, so I would imagine going half board here would be well worth it considering the quality of the food. They have 2 pools, one is like a morning / afternoon sun trap and the other is an evening suntrap. It is never over crowded, plenty of room between sun loungers, table and chairs and there is even a deck with 4 double sunbeds with a sea view. The location is ideal, 5 minute walk to the promenade / beach which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Its about 10 - 15 min walk to the main party strip (if that's what you want / dont want) So the hotel is close enough to go but far enough that you dont encounter much noise spill over. I would suggest the party types to stay down towards the strip where most do stay as this hotel is more a quiet / relaxing chill vibe stay. Things to do I would recommend are the Water World water park and the Sensation catamaran boat trip.

The aircon in the room cannot be individually controlled - Its standard in all rooms and is controlled by the hotel itself (understandable considering costs and the impact to environment) It still works and keeps room at nice temp. The town itself is a bit tacky and run down, slightly past its heyday but this doesn't reflect on this resort / hotel. There is still lots of lovely places to go and things to do that avoids these areas (if you are not into that).

We got an amazing room in the corner of building, with a huge balcony and two doors to the balcony. It was a great see view and good view to the town. The room is clear and making up every day was very nice. All the furniture and equipment are very fresh and modern. Good and tasty breakfasts and kind staff which always helps us. Great beach near the hotel (5-7 minutes walking).

The hotel placed on the hill, and when you backing from the beach/town you need walk up a bit. We miss some equipment in the room: iron (you can get it on reception for some time with deposit, but you have no it in the room), teapot, and safe-box only for additional payment.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Pool area also very nice and lunch was lovely at the pool bar. We requested a sea view which we got, the views were amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely return again.

Pool areas were fantastic. The one at the back only gets sun until late afternoon but easy to move to the front pool which gets sun all day. Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Hotel was clean and breakfast was lovely

A tiny issue in comparison to how great the hotel was - for 1 full day there was no hot water so had to have ice cold showers. Understand these things sometimes can't be avoided but there was no notice or apology from the hotel.

We liked the hotel so much that we've decided to prolong our stay for one more week! Especially taking to account that that we had a "family meeting". Our family has been separated for 4 months because of the war in Ukraine. So we had 6 more days together before another separation. The room was with a big terrace and incredible view on the sea! The food was delicious and for different taste and diet: from several kind of fish, sea-food, beef and vegetables (for those who look for a healthy food) till the "fast food" like 3 different kind of potatoes (including French fries) and pizza if you like. I also liked the deserts as well. The distance to the sea was perfect - not too far to walk even with our 3 years old child, but not to close - to hear some noise at night from the bars on the beach. Everyone on reception was helpful and friendly. I remember Nusoni and Maria but others girls were also nice. Thanks a lot to everyone!

The cleaning was not perfect, but not that much to spoil our impression from the hotel. Cleaning ladies were also very polite and nice. After all I think we still would like to come here again, as this was our 1st visit of Lloret de Mar. Someday, after the war...
