Very comfy room. Meal was amazing. Close to the sea. Very quiet and clean hotel.

No lift from car park and you bring all your bags by staircase. Later staff let you know about you can use lift for staff but you need ask key from lift in reception. It's little stress., because you already get out your bags from car and now you can't left self baggage alone. If you come by taxi or bus ,you don't have this problem.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is just a couple of minutes from the sea, restaurants and bars, 5 minutes from a large store and a bus stop. The hotel has a very friendly and qualified staff at the reception, who is always ready to help. The problems that we had were solved immediately. For example, one day our safe didn't open, another day the neighbors had a party in the room in the middle of the night and it was impossible to sleep. In both cases, we were literally told: "Don't worry, we'll solve everything right away" and so it happened. The restaurant had excellent dinners: very diverse and made from high-quality products. But you need to keep in mind that for those who do not have all-included, drinks for dinner are required payment, and for those who have all-included, only juices, cola, water are free of charge. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

The rooms have poor sound insulation: you hear absolutely everything that happens in the hallway, and much that happens in the next room. Also, the sink right at the entrance and the cabinet doors, instead of real doors to the bathroom, make the room not very comfortable.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent. Wide variety of delicious options and I loved everyday new smoothie's. The breakfast experience certainly added a positive touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the room was commendable. Room was neat, tidy, and well stocked with essential amenities. Another highlight of my stay was the helpfulness of the hotel staff. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, the staff members were quick to respond and were genuinely attentive. I liked the extra as free hour at spa area. You can check in this way of you want to visit spa area again.

The hotel can improve communication regarding evening attractions in other hotels from Rosamar group. We missed some evenings shows we would like to see. We get to know about this on the last day of our stay from another quests. There are leaflets in reception but we saw them also too late. Here the reception can better inform guests.

We spent 11 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect. I wrote the letter before coming that we need two separate beds and we got very nice room with two big separate beds. Also balcony was very big and we had opportunity to see the sea partly. Breakfasts were good, towels changed every day, personal was very friendly. We couldn’t order a taxi at the last our day because it was busy and we were almost late to our bus but Anass helped us with it and we arrived in time. We enjoyed our staying in Rosamar Es Blau a lot :)

Very good breakfast and excellent location, very close to the beach, shopping streets also nearby. On the very first day we decided to try dinner in the Rosamar restaurant and then stayed with them for the whole week:) The food was very tasty and they really had a good choice in the menu.

The sink is not in the bathroom, but in the room, which was a bit strange. Since there was no solid door to the bathroom, once could feel smell from sewage and hear all the sounds:(

Great hotel (Adults Only) - only 2 min from the beach in Lloret. Hotel is extremely clean, furniture new, great safety measures. What I want it to especially highlight the personnel of the hotel - they are really trying harder to make your stay pleasant. Service level is higher then in the vast majority of the hotels I stayed in Spain. Usually client service is a stronger feature of North America vs Europe, and we were very pleasantly surprised in Rosmar E Blau, stepping up the game. Special thanks to Valentina:) Hotel has a spa, with jet beds for massage, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and wet sauna. Also small pool outside with bar area. We actually ended up spending most of the time at the property, as you could drink at the terrace, go to the pool, spa etc. Very nice weekend getaway for us. Parking exists, but extra. Lloret is not an easy place to find free parking, so it is expected. Rooms are fair size, and all have nice sized balconies that is good too for morning coffee. Room had fridge, kettle, tea bags. Food was really good, with salad bars, multiple choices if proteins at dinner. Dinner choices were different in 2 days we were there. Will definitely come back!

Location was perfect. Just 5 mins from the beach and a short stroll from the castle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and we got fresh towels daily. The rooms are a good size and had everything you need. There was a fridge in the room which was brilliant as kept our drinks cold. We stayed half board and the food was really good, great choice. I will definitely return again.

-paid underground parking directly under hotel -dinner buffet with even vegetarian options, with themed degustation tables that changes daily -dining area has outside part - fabulous breakfast but everyday same - very close to beach - staff in dining area very friendly and attentive

-all drinks are paid during dinner, even all included need to pay extra for alkoholic drinks - bathroom had no sink, it was inside bedroom - underground parking has access with stairs to outside, no elevator to hotel rooms from parking - pool is in shadow most of day -dining area is very hot - animation is in different hotel

Plenty of moving space in the bedrooms with a nice balcony and everything was mostly very clean. Breakfast was great. The rooms were cleaned up every morning and weve had no issues with that, you even get free coffee and tea. The facilities were also great.

The shower drain of one of the rooms was a bit smelly but it wasn't unbearable, also the drain cover was completely loose. In the other room the small lights of the bedside lamps weren't there even though it did have the switch for it. We didn't use them but its just something we noticed. The breakfast tastes great but its pretty much exactly the same every morning so some variety would be nice.
