Decent food and really clean place overall, great service and good location. Pool area is pleasant and clean. It has parking and the staff is really nice and kind.

The air con in the room was rather loud and inefficient. I had trouble sleeping because the AC was loud and it was still quite warm in the room. Also we did not get any early breakfast for the early departure - in other hotels they usually give us either the option to eat early or they give us some pre-prepared lunch boxes with fruits and so on. We were told we can only eat at 7 or at 8, and neither was a good option for us so we left with no breakfast.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly, supportive and welcoming. They reflect the definition of hospitality. The room was very comfortable, super clean and stylish. Both the adult and children pools were clean, accommodating and with plenty of sun beds around. Our kid enjoyed the extra outdoor toys that were around and access to the indoor swimming pool when the weather changed. The food buffet was rich in quality, savoury, and delicious options. The entertainment options that the hotel provided every night were the cherry on top.

The hotel was generally very nice, in a good quiet location of Lloret de Mar, family friendly and lovely staff. Rooms look new, clean and good enough size for a short stay (family room). Kind staff who took in my request and allocated us a quiet room. Good breakfast!

The dinner choice for a 4* hotel was very poor. This was a dinner for a sad 3* hotel. Salad bar, some cold meats, appetizers (sorry, but they were really bad!),soup, choice of 2 meats, 1 fish, potatoes and pasta. Desserts were ok (not homemade) and was some choice of fruits. Kids were happy with dinner, but as for adults it was disappointing. At least that is not what I expect when I stay in a 4*. Eating in a tiny restaurant around the hotel would cost the same, but is 100% better. Another point, rooms are not soundproofed. And although we were placed in a quiet side of the hotel, where the outside noise did not disturb us, I could hear every word people were saying in the room next to us.

Family friendly. Helping staff. Everyday room service and clean facilities. Comfortable rooms (we had a double comfort room with pool view). Excellent SPA area, free of charge. Very good breakfast with a lot of options. Good location in a quiet area, close to the beach and central streets.

The WiFi was terrible, constantly dropping the connection and asking for the registration multiple times per day. The connection was so bad that we ended up using our paid mobile data instead of the free hotel’s wifi when we wanted a stable connection. They must definitely fix this. Room soundproofing could be better (we were able to clearly hear sound coming from the adjacent room’s bathroom. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

They simply exceeded our expectations! Staff at the reception, restaurant, cleaning, entertainment - all fantastic! Bar is slightly lagging behind though. Just a little bit :) Facilities are renovated - just pick the right room when you book. Location is excellent for families. 6 minutes walk to the beach, and fair enough from night drunk parties. It was very smooth experience - starting from check in, ending with check out.

Can't think of any. Maybe, less deserts at the restaurant as kids are not eating healthy :)

Beach services are not included, therefore you have to pay all there (around 25€ per day every couple) The parking cost is 15€ per day and the parking place is 10 minutes far away at the top of a building The service lost my laundry bag fortunately it was in anything of value. Manager did not reply to my complaint.

good value for money, nice pool area,comfy beds, decent size room and small balcony. Staff was always nice and friendly. Relaxation areas nice also, We tried the small game room and the massage. The massage (relaxing one) was extremely good and the therapeut very professional and knowledgeable.

could use more shadow spaces for chairs close to the pool. During hot days, in the afteroon, you need to reserve them in the morning . It is not a beach hotel, but a 5-6 minute walk to the beach, which is more than ok.

Location, nice spacious room with a super comfortable king size bed. The balcony was great overlooking the pool area. The restaurant and bar were nice with great service. The coffees are great. Staff in the reception were friendly and helpful. The spa area was nice. Parking was close by in a garage, easy to access.

There was no hot water in the showers in the spa area and no soap. Apart from that everything else was great!

The food was very good (we had breakfast and dinner - be aware that for dinner you have to pay for drinks. No drinks included, not even the water). The hotel is quite close to the beach and main street. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Spa are is also very nice and clean, we use it especialy in the rainy days.

As we mention upfront that we are traveling with an electric car, we did not have the opportunity to charge the car in the hotel because the place was occupied by a non-electric car. The internet in our room did not work. The rooms are not soundproof.

Excellent property. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff and wonderful facilities. In a quiet area yet only a short walk to the centre of the resort. Can not recommend it highly enough. We had DBB and food selection was great. Small amounts on display at all times which meant a constant flow of hot fresh dishes were constantly being replenished by the best waiting staff I have witnessed. Reception staff were attentive, genuinely welcoming and knowledgeable. On our departure morning there was an issue with our room phone and the night porter came to gently knock on our door to ensure we were up. All in an excellent stay and we hope to return.
