Pinar Plaza was the perfect spot for my last night in Madrid before returning home (about a 12-15min taxi to the Madrid airport depending on traffic). The facilities were modern, clean and overall had a very nice look. Staff were very hospitable as well and the included breakfast spread was fantastic! It seems to be in more of a residential area so it was quiet but still had a handful of places to eat as well as a supermarket right nearby. My only regret is that I didn't spend more time here!

The nearest metro stop is about a 10min walk and the hotel is not near the city center so it may not be the ideal place to stay if you want quick access to that area.

Very clean and comfortable! Staff is overall very friendly. Also, the hotel restaurant has really delicious food.

We’ve stayed for more than a week and when we asked if it would be possible to do late check out the immediate answer was: “it will be 20€ each extra hour”. This shows that there was availability but they wanted to make some extra money instead of rewarding the customer.

Hotel well designed and comfortable. Easy parking. Good facilities. Internet good. Bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet residencial area, with supermarkets and other services just around the corner.

Restaurant could serve a bit more selection for single people, most dishes are designed to be shared. Bit confusing about how the climatization in the room works. What was unpleasant was the extra charge (20€) of late check-out only for about 30 minutes while having a meeting with drinks at the bar of the hotel.

Excellent staff and facilities. As a solo traveller I felt safe and well cared for. The food was extremely well presented and tasty. I'd highly recommend the suite with balcony, a beautiful room with wonderful outside space.

The room service menu provided in the room wasn't actually the menu! Phone in the room to call for said menu didn't work. It took 2 visits to reception to actually order food.

Staff friendliness breakfast was good, room comfortable.

I do not like toilets with a glass wall and glass door providing no privacy at all. There was a complete absence of information in the room apart from a room service menu. No info on the telephone, TV, restaurant opening times. Also no drawers to put ones clothes just four open shelves two if which were out of reach.

It was of 4* standard (which could have easily been lower in Spain). Service with a smile, cleanliness and quiet.

The lighting is a bit too dim for my liking. It's rather far from the city centre so it may be more worth staying closer if you travel by taxi rather than public transport.

The staff were all so warm,friendly and helpful. That made my stay feel like a second home. This was a truly luxurious experience worth every euro spent. Their food at their restaurant was exquisite They always were attentive to what I needed. I will definitely come back to Pinar plaza hotel.

Really great decor and breakfast.

My room happened to be the kind adapted for disabled guests (which was not requested or needed) and that meant the bathroom did not look as the pictures and the fact that the entire floor was covered with water after I took a shower made it particularly tricky to get ready for work each morning.

The hotel was newly renovated. Everything was good, and the facilities were comfortable and good atmosphere Staff was helpful

The pool is small and shallow 90cm It would help if it is deeper Also, it would be nice if it was heated. It is at the roof, and with the air breeze, it it cold

Good quiet location with supermarket few meters from hotel. Roof top swimming pool was very nice as well. Very kind staff with very good english. Great you could open the window for the fresh air.

Restroom on the top deck with swimming pool. I did not find any and you have to go back to room and keep all your valuables there and back.
