Hotel 4C Puerta Europa

Well located for either the football or the centre. Hotel room was fairly basic for a 3 star but very clean with a nice bathroom, certainly my two children were happy enough. The rooms are quiet, with wifi and were cleaned and tidied on a daily basis. The reception is open 24h/24h and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The metro is just 3 minutes down the street and the Bernabau stadium is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk.

The only drinks or food available are with a vending machine. Telephone numbers provided for ordering takeaways. It would have been nice to at least have had coffee/tea facility in the room. However, there is a pleasant cafe on the other side of the road which offers traditional Spanish breakfasts at very reasonable prices (3€ on Mondays and Fridays!).

Exceptional location with 2 metro stations nearby that facilitated our transportation to the city.

The room was not so spacious, but it was clean with daily care.

Noise isolation could be better. Bravo Murillo is a street with heavy traffic.

the hotel is located in a safe and quiet place and access to Bus, Taxi and metro

There no tea or coffee in the room. No in house dinning including breakfast. When I extended my stay at the hotel by one day, fees were hiked astronomically. I could not change my booking because they were going to charge me for cancellation

Not sure breakfast was an option I didn’t see anything mentioning it

I didn’t want to download the app so I relied on information on their web page. Caught metro from Atocha Stn and got off at wrong stop and had a long walk because it wasn’t stated which stop was nearest to the hotel

Great location and very helpful staff. Room was clean and all as described. Good for it's value.

It's quite noisy when neighbors are checking in. You can hear them pushing luggage and showering at 2am. And it would be nice to have a proper blanket.

Easy acces to the metro.

Pretty expensive for what they offer. It’s far away from the center and the walls are unfinished (i think they were renovating). The bed was small for two persons and there was only 1 pillow.

Basic but very comfy hotel just off the Plaza Castilla, lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Metro stations very close by and a nice 15 minute stroll down to Chamartin station.

Excellent location, comfortable and stylish property. Good communication from host, efficient self check in process.

4pm check in is very late. Surely should be able to get it ready by 3 pm at the latest.

The staff are extremely helpful. they translated for me, called Renfe to ask my questions etc. without them, i would have been in trouble. thanks so much. rooms are large, beds are comfortable, window keep traffic noise outside.
