The hotel is very unique, each floor is different but still very pretty. We got the room on floor 6, which was great, with comfy bed, big sized and with marble bathroom with shower. We also enjoyed the view. The location is pretty close to center of Madrid but if you don’t enjoy walking there is metro station near hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful!

Unfortunately, the pool, the observatory on the rooftop, and the sky bar also on the rooftop was closed. The cause was COVID, I understand the pool, but I don’t get how the pandemic got influence on the rooftop facilities - especially when the restaurant on the ground floor is working as usual. But that’s the only minus that we had during our stay.

Room was nice, clean, provided with amenities of good quality. The staff at reception were friendly and also asked us if we would like a higher floor (which was AMAZING, the view of Madrid was really nice from our room on the 11th floor). Hotel has a nice indoor design with small art on display, on our floor there were miniature cars on display which gave a more interesting vibe. The room itself was sufficiently big, the bathroom was clean, provided plenty of towels and had an immense bathtub. The bed is comfortable, two sets of pillows are also a nice touch. We would also like to point out that the staff was very friendly, room was cleaned on a daily basis and we felt very welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The only downsides are the fact that the room does not have a "luxurious" feel to it, however, there was nothing we could have asked for more and the fact that it is a bit far from all the attractions (on foot), yet very close to the metro station which is very easy to use.

The location is very close to a metro station and a bus station so you won't find any problem going to the center. The rooms were very nice.

I was charged the amount twice. And until now I'm still waiting for the refund.

A lot of positives at this hotel: 1. Amazing architecture and design, each floor has its own personality and vibe. We loved our futuristic room!!! Bathroom separated from bedroom with a huge glass wall covered in a curtain, fun and original. Lighting was yet again modern and discreet, adjustable for evening/morning vibes. 2. Very comfortable gigantic beds, great view over the city from our bay windows. 3. Loads of toiletries, clothes steamer, hair dryer...everything you need during your stay. 4. Special points for our bathroom which was out-of-this-world. 5. Helpful and friendly staff. 6. Very very clean, impeccable hotel.

A few negative points: 1. At the beginning of your stay, expect the hotel to take a deposit of 50€ a night from your card which you can then spend at breakfast, at the bar or at the restaurant. This is probably nice for some people as it avoids you having to carry a payment method with you and they do give you the money back as soon as you leave, however it can amount to a lot (we paid 200€ for just 4 nights) and I would have preferred to just pay if and when needed. For travellers coming from outside the Eurozone especially, it can mean hefty transaction and conversion fees for an unnecessary deposit. 2. The breakfast is very very expensive, 25€ per day per person. 3. Hotel is not the most central but is very close to a metro station which makes it very handy and easy to access.

Mostly everything about the hotel. The location, the friendliness of the staff, very helpful and attentive (even the cleaners), the design of the rooms. The room is spacious enough for our 3 nights stay. They provided us with a kettle & mugs upon request as we like having coffee first thing when we wake up. The hotel itself is closed to everywhere. As my husband and I love walking, we don't mind the walk at all.

The gym. One of the reasons we chose this hotel is to use the gym, but we were shocked to find how small it is and the availability of the equipment. The heaviest weight is probably around 10kg /15kg. There's no pectoral machine at all (the one they have is a weird one). No music and remote control for the TV is nowhere to be seen. One guy used the whole free workout area by putting his stuff everywhere (including on the rowing machine), which is annoying. In summary, the gym needs to be redesigned and more practical.

We stayed on the 1st floor (designed by Zaha Hadid) and the 8th floor (designed by Kathryn Findlay). 1st Floor: We really love the design and you can tell it is from Zaha Hadid, it is such a change from the typical hotel rooms and staying there for those three nights really enhanced our experience in Madrid. 8th Floor: Our room is also quite futuristic with a TV folding down from the ceiling, with two big single beds and a great view of Madrid. The design of the room is also great. General: The hotel staff were all attentive and helpful, such as offering us water when we were about to go out to the heat! The hotel gym also offers running and rowing machines which are all in excellent condition.

1st Floor: It is mainly the bathroom. We love the design but the shower floor can get really slippery after applying soap, you also need to leap across the half wall separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, there are also no curtains so you might make the bathroom floor wet. it will be fine for youth and adults but maybe not for some seniors. 8th Floor: The shower is incorporated into the main room and the only separation is the curtain surrounding the oval-shaped bathtub. It might be fine for solo travellers and couples but I am not too sure when you are with friends.

Every floor is designed by a different architect and they all have very unique styles. Bathrooms are glass “fishtanks” inside the room so be ready to have little privacy with whoever you’re sharing room with, whether using the WC or taking a shower. It does have a curtain to make it more private from one of the two glass walls though. Breakfast buffet is very decent. Service from staff was great. I could have used slightly better WiFi signal in the room.

WiFi signal in the room wasn’t the best but good enough for email and browsing. Perhaps even for a phone call.

That every floor had their own design. The room on 6th floor was very cool with a possibility to open fully to the toilet and big bathtub. A nice welcome on the big tv and a nice and soft bed. The elevators was also kind a cool with a super view to the city.

The price for a coffee is a pure rip-off 5€ for a small cup. I’ve lived in Spain and you can have 2 coffees and 2 delicious croissants in a great local bakery. The pool area is a nightmare not enough sun chairs people has no decency and happy steal your spot. A lot of waste with sofa lounges with no umbrellas in 30+ degrees and taken into account the lack of space it would be nice to use it for the guests who visit the pool.

Very funky design focused hotel with different design rooms depending on what floor you are on. The main reception area does not give any real clue into just how 'out there' the room designs are. I loved it, maybe not for everyone. Breakfast is buffet style and pretty decent. Parking is below the hotel and easily accessed for sports cars or vehicles with low ground clearance.

The reception can feel understaffed at busy check-in and check-out times but the staff deal with everything quite promptly. The location is perfect for a night stop off if travelling else where but not really in walking distance to central Madrid, taxi or uber required.

Location is far from the center and during heavy traffic hours it's takes time to arrive or leave toward the center , breakfast was O.k. the room was clean and being taking care by the staff at least once A day the taxi station which exist near/at the hotel is very comfortable .

The menu at the restaurant should be upgraded , the T.V. Chanels should be immediately be changed and other Chanels should be added , as A tourist you would like to have more than one Chanel , the price for the car parking is too expensive , but the place is very comfortable .
