Very good breakfast, really. Special thanks to the breakfast manager. She had always managed to cope with some crowdy moments with a smile and an excellent professional attitude :0) The room was clean and spacious enough, with many sockets and a laptop table. Bus stop (53) to the very centre just around the corner. For sure next time I will consider this hotel again.

The quality for what you paid for was very good. Staff overall were very good and so were the bar tenders. Very easy check in and check out. Rooms had good air con and were comfortable. The variety at breakfast was very good and all freshly cooked.

Very minor things but some of the tiles had grout in the grooves and didn’t feel like it had a thorough clean, a couple of the surfaces were dusty. One of the staff members was a young lad who didn’t speak English and left us waiting for 45 minutes in the restaurant, maybe he didn’t feel comfortable around a language he didn’t speak but we still had a great meal when it came to us.

The lobby area was really user friendly, with vibrant colours and cosy furnitures! The breakfast was really good with great variety based on the mediterranean cuisine but also offering the classic english breakfast choice. The family suite was of a comfortable size with a separating wall and door between the two rooms and a separate toilet! The bathroom was modern and had both a bathtub and a shower!! The veranda of the insolito restaurant was great at night for drinks and view of the pool! The hotel is next to the bus station, bus 53 takes you to almost all main attractions!

The restaurant had a very small variety of food for lunch or dinner to chose from and it was very pricey for families! The drinks at the bar were also overpriced but affordable.. Also the fact that there is no reception other than a person or two literally standing in front of a small counter was not really helpful,although staff was trying its best! In addition the pool itself and the pool area was too small and it was always busy and overcrowded! Plus the parking is not for free ( around 25€/per night) which is something to consider in case anyone wishes to rent a car

The room was very comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast, metro station at 10-12 minutes walking, staff was very welcoming.

Whilst booking through Booking.com I selected the option of one room for two people. However, after I did the payment I received a booking confirmation saying that it was just for one person. Thus I had to pay more to add the second person. That is very unpleasant because when you are comparing hotel prices you are not aware of this added charge, so you get the feeling that the information provided is misleading. I don't know if that is a problem of the hotel or the Booking.com platform, but this needs to be changed.

We are family of four travelling long flight from Asia. Arrived at the Hotel at about 12:00 noon and the reception was kind enough to give one room, while waiting another room ready. Since we are also Accord member they provided self service coffee & croissant at the lobby and pleasant welcome drinks. We were given 2 rooms also room beside each other. Location of the Hotel is near the bus stop and not far from the airport/city.

The amenities , free water and coffee in rooms not fully checked/replenished. Our daughters room's was restocked everyday. Our room were not.

Breakfast was verry good, a lot of choices and good quality of food. The orange juice was fresh and delicious. The hotel is a nice place. Metro is 700m walk so you are close at everything.

We noticed in the hotel on a piece of paper that the swimming pool was only open between 12 and 8, (why we don't know) during the period we where there. We where there for a city trip so we booked a hotel with swimming pool so we could swim in the morning and then sight seeing in the city. This was not possible so we where disappointed that the hotel didn't mentioned this before our arrival.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel restaurant served good food. Even though the hotel wasn't in the city center, it was very easy to get there by bus (the station is right next to the hotel and there are buses every few minutes). The room (executive) was clean, had a nice view, and had good air conditioning (crucial in July). I really liked the size and quality of the shower.

Additional sunbeds or seats are needed at the pool. Since the pool did not have enough seating for the number of guests, we had to sit on the floor. Despite reading great reviews, I was disappointed with the breakfast. It would have been great if there had been some vegetables and an additional selection of cheese. We had to ask several times for shower gel, so additional toiletries would have been nice.

- Although well isolated with the windows closed, there was outside noise from music/ someone on a microphone. This was a common occurrence during the day and quite disruptive when the window was open. Thankfully, the disturbance was transient and did not occur at night.

Very good breakfast with variety of options. I had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant once, it was good too. Nice rooms. Accommodating staff.

Not exactly the center, but the bus stop is right next to the hotel, a metro station is walking distance away.

Breakfast was nice good variety. Pastries were exceptional at breakfast. Beautiful coffee. Location was a bit further from the centre than we would have liked but we travelled by Uber easily. We stayed in the suite, it was very comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and bath was a nice bonus after a busy day.
