Very friendly staff; The room was clean and comfortable; The hotel is located nearby(5 mins walk) line 8 and 7; with direct bus (easy to navigate for foreigners) to the museum and main shopping centre. The area was quiet and safe too. The breakfast (though I would love to have more options) met the key expectations, with good fruit options, bread, hams and coffee & tea; I was travelling on my own, so pleased that they offer single room with reasonable price; Will definitely recommend this hotel

the room was big enough for me. There were shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There were also other bits like toothbrush which are a plus. The breakfast was continental but with an Spanish touch. The reception staff were really helpfull when I lost my room card. The hotel is in a nice area and quite close to a supermarket and the metro (less than 200 meters)

I had a room that was an inside one...so it was facing a fire stairs + all the air con tubes. It made the room quite dark and noisy. Also the fridge inside my room was making a buzzing that drove me crazy!

The staff’s attention and kindness. I also asked them to leave a note on our room to surprise my boyfriend and they even surprised me on how good it was. The room was okay, smaller than I imagined but fine. Overall a 4/5 since I wasn’t planning to spend much time there, really just to sleep.

The room was interior without notice. It had a small window to the inside of the build. Basically my “Madrid view” was some machinery and other windows. Also the 2 pillows available weren’t comfortable - either too big or too small. This is just a few aspects, doesn’t mean my stay wasn’t still a 4/5!

We liked the location of the hotel, it's in the city limit yet not as busy and noisy as in the very center area of Madrid. Restaurants are close by within walking distance. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We had our dog with us, she was given a dog bed and a bowl for her comfort as well.

The room (on the first floor) is dark as the window looks out to the inside court stairs, which means no view. Would have been nice to have some sunshine in the room.

The room is of a very good size with double windows for extra silence. The location is convenient and in a calm street. The breakfast is the best: a very complete buffet, constant reposition and cleaning by a large and friendly staff.

The bed is very good but the pillows were a little bit "elastic" and therefore not very comfortable. One of the sheets was torn, what was strange in a generally fine hotel. The staff forgot to leave the bath towels on the second day, and I had to ask the reception. There's no shelf space for toilleteries in the bathroom neither wall hangers on the room, which I find very useful but in fact rarely available in most hotels... The Parking costs 20€ per night, which I find expensive for an hotel guest.

The room was nice, the bed was comfy, bathroom clean and fully equipped. Aircon was working, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout was online and it's at noon so you have plenty of time.

The coffee machine in the room wasn't working. Someone came to fix but then it stopped working again. Not a big deal but..

Nice spacious room with comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. I stayed at the end of the hall so very little noise from the other guests. Metro station 3min away so very easy to get to the airport or city centre.

Cleaning staff still entered the room even with so not disturb sign on the door.

Close to Metro, 25mins walk to Real Madrid. Short walk to the Natural History Museum

In there photos of the hotel they clearly show a tea and coffee making facility in the room. Turns out this is ONLY in the Superior room, they have this facility. if they had only mentioned this within their blurb!!!! No English speaking TV channels, even if it was only the news channel. it’s supposed to be an International hotel!

It was clean, you have around everything thing you need. Good breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. I loved my stay

It was noisy you can hear everything between the rooms and the air conditions was very very poor, so for me was to hot

Nice neighbourhood and lovely restaurant (I recommend it for dinner).

Nice room, but as usual the single ones are not the nicest (mine has the window towards the exterior building stairs...). My room was also in the auxilar building where the access is via stairs only (around 8 - 10 carrying the luggage - not nice).
