Perfect location, breakfast is 4,5€ and would say it's fair for the price. Good space for the room. Lockers are provided and you pay a 5€ deposit for the keys that you get back at checkout.

The only thing I didn't like much but I already knew before checkin in was that the bathrooms were inside the bedrooms, and its doors have a gap between the floor and the door-ending so everyone in the room can listen to you while you do your necessities.

A wonderful hostel in the city center, with good conditions, with pleasant staff! The hostel has a good atmosphere, delicious breakfasts! This hostel is a good choice for a vacation! I especially want to thank the manager Kristina! She is a professional in her field, she advised us places to visit, Spanish dishes to try. Christina, you are the best, thank you!

I had an extremely gratifying experience during my stay at this hostel. The location proved to be a standout feature, with its proximity to the metro station and an array of supermarkets and dining options. The rooms boasted an impressive level of cleanliness, while the common areas were both expansive and impeccably organized. The rapid internet speed added a pleasant convenience to my stay. What truly elevated my experience was the exceptional friendliness and patience exhibited by the staff. Their assistance proved invaluable and went a long way in enhancing my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hostel to others seeking a remarkable accommodation option.

I stayed in a 4-bed room with ensuite bathroom, which was comfortable and a decent size. Friendly staff, trendy interior (really loved the decor & vibe), and clean. Centrally located, a 10-15 min walk from Prado & Reina Sofia in one direction, as well as many restaurants down the street.

I would've appreciated more access to the kitchen facilities. We had to ask reception every time we wanted to access the kitchen (though they were very nice). Easy to store leftovers or small bites in their fridge, but not really a real place to cook. This was described in prior reviews though.

Second time staying at this hostel, first with a few friends in a shared room and now with my boyfriend in a private room. I love the location, it's central and the street of the hostel has nice restaurants and bars to try. Easy to move around and get to the metro. The hostel itself looks really nice, the rooms were always clean, there is space to leave your luggage for free before checkin and after checking out. The staff were always nice.

Don't think I can point out anything bad in this stay, but in the shared rooms, the bathrooms are inside the rooms, and the door to the toilet doesn't go all the way to the floor, so there's a little bit of lack of privacy there, but that's the only thing I can think of.

This hostel was fantastic. However there are still things that they can improve. For example - there are no curtains on the beds so if your roomates will turn the lights on in the midle of the night it will wake you up (so bring your sleep mask and also you earplugs). Tidiness - they mop the floor in the rooms every day. Towels - they are included in the price which is a big plus. Beds - they were comfortable. Breakfast - you can pay 5€ for nice breakfast. There are toast, bread, croissants, ham, cheese, fruit, cereals, milk (normal, lactose free, almond, soy), you can make coffee, tee, hot chocolate, 2 types of juices and there is also some sweet pastry. Location - really really good. It is in a centre but also not on a frequented street so there is not much noise. You can easily go everywhere by foot. Kitchen - there is no kitchen but you can keep your stuff in a fridge. Staff - really friendly and helpful. They are on the reception 24 hours so it is really nice. There is also common space (a terrace which I couldn't find a photo of in Booking) and it is really nice. You can sit here. WiFi - free and good. Plug next to a bed so you can easily charge your phone. Air-condition on the room. It was nice but also I got sick from it because outside it was really hot and in the room it was nice. Maybe remember to bring long trousers for sleeping. It wasn't that cold but still I had to sleep in long trousers. I stayed in a only girls room and it was nice.

The staff at this hostel truly deserves the highest praise. Their excellence shone through in a moment of unexpected need. After an unfortunate fall and leg injury at the train station, I arrived at the hostel for check-in. The male employee on duty, who happened to be working on the 9th floor, noticed my injury and responded with remarkable compassion. He promptly assisted me in bandaging my wound and even provided anti-inflammatory medicine to alleviate my discomfort. His actions were nothing short of angelic. In the time that followed, I became a regular guest at this hostel, and I can't help but express my gratitude for this particular employee. Each time he spotted me, he would take a moment to check on the progress of my wound. His consistent care and genuine concern touched me deeply. This hostel has become my preferred choice not only for its comfortable accommodations but also for the exceptional kindness and attentiveness of its staff. My experiences here have reaffirmed my faith in the power of genuine hospitality.

The location is very good. I did not need to use a car or a bus, I walked to the city center every day, 15 minutes walk. The staff is great, the price is very good, the breakfast is good enough and not expensive (5.5 euros). The room was clean.

The location has its problems: the noise. The street next to the hostel is extremely noisy. I did not understand why the sink is located in the actual room. It is good that the shower is separate from the toilet, but why is the sink in the room? In the mornings I could not use the sink, because the water made too much noise.

Excellent location and staff were super friendly. They gave me some really cool recommendations on where to eat. I stopped here only one night after a long haul flight before reaching my final destination and it was perfectly central. Easy walking access to metro (and airport), and tons of cool restaurants and bars around. The hostel was nice and quiet which was perfect for me to catch up on sleep during the day (i had a private room), didn't seem to be much of an atmosphere in the evening which for me was great but might have been disappointing for other solo travellers.

I showered at 7am to catch a flight but it was cold even though I waited a while for the water to warm up.

The location is super! 7 minutes to the Prado Museum. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had no problem checking in at 1:00 at night. You can ask for a hairdryer at the front desk. The room and shower room was clean. There were lockers in the room which could be locked with a key (5€ key deposit). Breakfast was varied and tasty for 5,50€: coffee, juices, tea, croissants, doughnuts, cheeses, sausages, bread, yoghurt, cereals and fruit. The bed linen and towels were clean too.

But one blanket had yellow stains all over it. The only thing that saved it was the duvet cover.
