Fantastic central location, very clean, cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and helped coordinate when to clean the room at the best times so it wouldn’t disturb us, great breakfast buffet, and overall helpful and nice staff. Great internet for working, but bring a travel router or Ethernet cable if you’re doing remote work with Zoom calls. However when connected by cable I got a stable 100/100mbps connection and the port was located right under the work desk.

While the internet connection was really fast, the Wifi reception in the room was terrible. There is a small gym that even has some weights, but they skip from 6kg to 16kg so missing all of the weights that are most commonly used by most people which made it kind of useless. They have some cardio machines but we walked so much in Madrid they were kind of pointless.

Great stay. Perfect for our needs which was to be walkable to all the sites and reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean. Good blockout curtain for dark room. Very quiet at night. Close to public transport metro and free 001 Bus. Good wifi. Bed firm but comfortable. But far and away the best thing was staff. Reception ladies day and evening shifts so friendly, so helpful. Saved us heaps of time with advice. Didn't have breakfast but at 9 euro you can't go wrong.

They should close blockout curtain before your arrival to keep heat out. Would love a small milk in the fridge but they did provide when asked. And teabags.

The room was very comfortable and especially the bed - We both slept amazingly. It was SO nice to have a full bath in the room too. We LOVED that there was a gym and breakfast was great!

There could have been just a couple of touches to the room, like a few sachets of tea and coffee. There is room service, but the options weren't great. The gym could have had more weights options and the breakfast could do with some more veggie/vegan options.

We had the Family suite with Balcony on the 6th floor. The room was ideal, separated by a door. Balcony on both side so we could spend time without waking up the children. The sofa bed was good but not as good as the beds. Breakfast could be better. I would like more healthy bread and granola type of cereals instead of Kellogs. I would also like more healthy yogurt. But overall it exceeded our expectations. And the room was very quiet!

The room was very spacious, with a large bed and two armchairs and a table and chairs but plenty of floor space. It also had efficient air conditioning and a good variety of lights, as well as being quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to Plaza Espana and the Royal Palace, plus several green spaces, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but on a quiet street.

The only negative was very little hanging and clothes storage space.

Good location within walking distance of a several tourist sites and public transit. Rooms are pretty basic, but have everything one needs. Mini-kitchenette in the room is a huge bonus. Very friendly staff. Reception staff went beyond basics - for example, when we realized that the time for our booked tour in another city would not be ideal, they called the ticket office and arranged for the change in tour time.

Rooms facing the street are very noisy during morning/day hours as they face the yard of a public school. Rooms facing the courtyard are nicely quiet. Breakfast is decent, but exactly same every day - not a problem if staying for a couple of days, but the lack of variety will become noticeable if staying longer.

The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they will help you with anything and make you feel like they genuinely care. That was so nice! Also, our room was luxurious, clean and we didn’t hear any sound from our neighbours or the street. We were very happy about that. If you have any issue (for instance, our door had trouble closing), they’ll get on it and fix it right away.

Just a tiny little remark: the hotelroom door wasn’t as soundproof as the rest of the room, so you could hear it a liiittle bit if people were talking in the hallway. But it didn’t bother us because people didn’t hang around in the hallway that long.

Location was fantastic - quiet side street yet close to everything. Room was spacious and clean and had a great table to work at. Breakfast was fantastic - everything you could want and the two ladies who served breakfast were amazingly friendly and helpful. When I checkout my train was a little later and they looked after my suitcase for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff at reception - they were helpful with everything. Above and beyond what I had expected and of the hotels I have stayed in in Madrid this is my favourite so far.

There wasn´t anything I didn´t like.

Exceptional hotel. Very clean and the beds are amazing. Also a perfect breakfast with people that are smiling always. The position is central, only 15 min from Puerta del Sol, 5 min from Royal Palace. Near it is a small restaurant (I think it is the hotel's restaurant because it is called Vienna too) with very good prices and decent food. We will return!

In the back they don't have a great view but it is very quiet, and that is a plus.

Perfect location, near Plaza de España where there are 2 metro stations. Near Gran Via, the most famous road when you want to shop and enjoy the architecture of the buildings. The breakfast was really nice with a great variety of things to eat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom is large and has too much space to get comfortable.
