Big, comfortable room, very solid breakfast options. The staff was also very friendly.

The windows are not very isolated, so you do hear the street noise. It didn't bother me, but maybe others might have an issue with that. The walls are also thin - you definitely hear your neighbors.

This hotel is very central and walkable distance to Plaza de Espana. To be honest you can walk to most areas on a beautiful day and if you are not in a rush (i.e. Chueca, Sol, Plaza Mayor, Park de El Retiro etc.) The room is not very so I would stay there for longer than a couple of nights, especially if you are with two. However, the room had an arm-chair, a little fridge and the beds are reasonable comfortable. My room didn't have a great view and was quite dark. The bathroom is decent size, but the water pressure is not great. I personally decided to skip breakfast as I opted for a heavier lunch/dinner outside and tasting the beautiful Spanish Cuisine. If you decide to stay, I would strongly recommend having a coffee / breakfast or even lunch at Punto Kafe (less than 5min walk from the hotel) - thank me later. Check out - you can ask to check out until 1pm. They don't do later unfortunately, but they do have the ability to store your luggage until you need them back.

Not great water pressure from the showers and the room felt a bit overpriced, but then again, I'm sure its inflated due to the great location. I would definitely stay again.

My room was a little smaller than I expected but a decent one. Breakfast was very good in quality and variety. Lots of power outlets even for USB cables to charge the phones. The staff was very good.

There was not enough noise insulation so I was able to hear the people from next door. There were some power outages from time to time.

This hotel is well connected in a really nice neighborhood of Plaza de Espana. Everything you need in 100 m reach from pharmacies, shops, public transport to restaurants. Attractions are easily walkable from the hotel. The room was really big, super clean and very comfortable bed. Bathroom felt like in a spa hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hours are longer than usual it came really handy. Madrid is magical for the Xmas period!

Only the breakfast could have been a bit richer, I felt few options for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast decoration looks different than in the photos. There is also no shop just a bar which differ from the photos. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Hotel receptionists were really friendly. Location is also something I enjoyed: near two different metro stops; also the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area but with many options around. One can reach many touristic spots within a 10-15 min. walk. My hotel room was spacious enough and with the amenities needed.

Shower and sink design: shower door does not seal properly and by opening the door you also get water outside the shower; also there is little space to place your personal hygiene stuff on the sink and on the tiny shower shelf...

Loved this hotel and it's all that it says it is. It's kept wonderfully clean, the facilities, the rooms , the lounge etc. The breakfast food value and good choice,. You could either go all in @ €13.50 and choice what you wanted or if you preferred just a coffee , toast /pastries it was €7. Location was FANTASTIC, close to stunning architecture within 10-15 minutes, ....... BUT, be mindful it's in a built up area so no stunning views and at times a lot of traffic noise. Beds super comfy and pillows! Rooms a good decent size. Bath Towels too, good decent size and not threadbare or tatty. Would I stay again? Yes most definitely.

Traffic noise, bin emptying of a morning but that can't be helped and I guess depends on where your room is situated.

The hotel was clean and smelt nice as soon as you walk in. The reception area is nice, rooms are a decent size and the bathroom is really nice, clean & stylish. The mini fridge in the room was really useful. The staff are friendly, helpful and greet you every time you walk in.

The rooms are soundproof but the windows are not, so its really noisy at night. Also there's no kettle in the room.

I've visited Madrid for the first time and the location and nearby area is really great. I was alone but I felt really secure and comfortable during my stay there. It is really easy to reach the hotel from the airport and also many major attractions are easy to reach and/or in a walking distance. I had really great time there. The rooms are clean and the design is fantastic.
