A very friendly small hotel with delicious breakfast. The room was comfortable. Good bathroom with an excellent shower. The breakfast was freshly made. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially the receptionist and breakfast waiter.

Not the fault of the hotel but please be aware that the road outside is being dug up and closed to traffic. There is a very narrow pavement which makes it difficult to manoeuvre with luggage. The excellent receptionist at the hotel advised our taxi to pick us up at the opposite end of the road from the square, in Calle Cárcer. I would recommend guests ask their cab driver to use that option as it is much closer.

Perfectly localized small hotel. All the sightseeing attractaions are eazily reached by foot. To the beach it'll take 12 min. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars near by. Still it is not loud and noisy. The team is unbelievably friendly and courteous. 24/7 reception. All the employees are always willing to help and interested in your Well being without stepping too far and exaggerating. Especially the manager, Barbara, is one of the kindest people i've met. Very polite, authentic and down to earth.

The balcony is a little bit too small.

Unreal! From the moment we arrived to check out we couldn't ask for better. The hotel is perfect for a city break away and central to access tourism areas. The room was just fantastic, comfortable and had really nice extra touches available. The coffee machine in the room was just great to have a nice expresso when arrived after traveling. The bathroom was fabulous with a spa bath and lovely bathroom toiletries available. The staff were so helpful and we felt so welcomed by the receptionist on arrival. Breakfast was great and couldn't be happier. I would be recommending this to family and friends as they won't be disappointed. Thank you all at Alamos for a lovely night's stay in beautiful Malaga.

Everything was perfect

We made a last minute decision to visit the Christmas lights in Malaga and this hotel came up. We booked it, packed an overnight bag and were on the bus from Nerja, all in an hour. So I didn’t do much research. - but how lucky were we to book this hotel! Everything was fantastic from the welcome on arrival at reception to our courteous treatment on departure. Beautiful room (203) at the rear in a quiet location. tasteful, modern decor and comfortable beds. What a gem tucked away on a narrow street in central Malaga. Walking distance to all the great sights, bars and attractions. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you.

everything was perfect

Lovely hotel apartment with complete kitchen with washing machine which was handy for swim wear or the spa (which was also lovely). The breakfast was the best all trip with eggs made to order.

The whole road has been dug up which is obviously not anything to do with the hotel. Luckily our stay was Fri-Mon so no noise from the workers but early Monday they were digging directly outside the hotel door.

Good location, although there are roadworks all along the street outside. The room was very clean and comfortable .Very nice staff on reception.

There was no bar, although it said there was a cocktail bar.There was a small area with tea making facilities, but it would have been nice to have a café or bar area.You had to ask if you wanted cooked eggs for breakfast- it was offered once but I got the impression they really didn't want to make them.

Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room was beautifully furnished lovely bed linen and nice ritual products in the bathroom. We stayed in room 403 and it was lovely and quiet our breakfast was superb one of the nicest we have ever had. Out server was courteous and provided us with beautiful coffee and omelette. Great variety of fruits cold meats and cheeses and the Dining room had a special ambience. We have stayed here before and will again as it has kept its high standards . If you want a special intimate boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere this place is for you. Thanks to all the staff,we will be back.

Lovely boutique hotel in a convenient location for all the sights. Room was comfy, beautifully decorated and with all the facilities expected. Staff were lovely. Very nice communal area for relaxing in after a day exploring.

Breakfast was lovely but with only one member of staff, drinks service was a little slow. Also the food was running low and noticed it wasn’t being replenished despite plenty of time remaining until service stopped. You need to get down there in good time.

Great location for all the sights. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good size room for a city hotel and very clean and quiet (despite roadworks outside). Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Unfortunately there are major roadworks right outside the hotel at the moment, which makes vehicular access impossible and would be difficult for the less able. Would be difficult to access with big cases, we were ok with only hand luggage.
