The hotel is extraordinary; it looks like an old castle, excellent decorated, that brings you the feeling that you are right in the middle age story. The personnel is very nice, helpful and supportive. Our room was a normal 12-14 sqm area, very clean, always (daily cleaning by hotel staff). It is also a quiet place but with outdoor swimming pool facilities, very stylish as well. Breakfast and "by order/ a la carte" restaurants have very good food and enough choices offered. Location is close to the airport (20 minutes by car) and is close to city center as well (20-25 minutes drive).

Location is not great but I already knew this - once you’re in the hotel you forget about the location! Easy drive into centre of Malaga.

Attractive inner courtyard to sit. Good breakfast buffet. Ample free parking. A matter of taste but we liked the "Olde Worlde" fake medieval castle decor, with suits of armour, shields, and tapestries of bare - breasted harem girls and dreamy knights errant - like a King Arthur themed Las Vegas casino. We enjoy kitsch, some might not.

Difficult to find even with GPS. Under a spaghetti junction with only one loop the right one. In stark contrast to the Medieval kitsch already mentioned, the rooms are lit in bright cold daylight halogen. Like entering an operating theatre. Soundproofing of plumbing could be better. The airport flight path is close.

We stay here for a night whist travelling to our house in Southern Spain a couple of times a year. We like that it's 5 or 10 mins drive from the airport, that it's quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful and it has a lovely garden. The on site restaurant is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. it's slightly quirky, which we like, in fact we liked it when it was more quirky!

The only complaint we have is that the coffee that comes with the hotel breakfast is pretty awful. A shame because the breakfast is otherwise good.

Incredibly clean. Very comfy bed. Two of the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, but the others were quite aloof.

Poor buffet breakfast; the hot buffet was stone cold. You only get one bottle of water each for your entire stay, and the water bottle machine was broken. It's a 17 euro ride to the centre. Swimming pool closed in winter. Gym was well set up. There is a factory right behind the hotel, so there is a drone by night, especially if you have the window open (which we had to because the air on was locked so we couldn't adjust it).

The location is ideal if you plan to visit other location also. We went to Gibraltar and Ronda, the hotel is next to the highway so is quite easy to exit Malaga and get fast to your destination. You will love the court, is very green and alive. The pool is quite fun.

Is outside town and you need a rental car. If you plan to stay only in Malaga than you might reconsider, but who wants to stay only in Malaga while you are on costa del sol?

This hotel was one of the most beautiful i ever stayed in. Me and my family (husband and 2years old daughter) we loved it so much. The reception, the garden and the swimming pool are absolutely amazing. I would only recomand for someone with children to be careful as the floor could be slippery. The housing keeping staff seems to be the best, the room was cleaned daily and very well, towel changed and the little touch, like the way the put my daughters toys back just melt our hearts! Big thank you! We had breakfast(buffet) every day but i didn't like much of it. Dinner every evening in the restaurant, i first tryed the fish wasn't great and than next days we had steak and tapas they were absolutely fantastic. It seems like the meat is their strong point. All the staff we interacted with was very nice, friendly, polite. The location didn't bother us at all, we used the taxi which was in between 10 € to 15€ to Malaga. So i would say resonable. I have used the bus(25) one time only, and the GPS showed us is 14 minutes walk to the hotel but it was no footpath so we took a taxi again. But i recomand and i would come back any time!

We didn't like much the breakfast buffet, the fruits cutted weren't very fresh, maybe they should be kept bit on cold, coffee very bad, and all the rest not too tasty. Otherwise was large selection and good price.

very clean, good location close to the highway, easy to get to Malaga center in less than 15 minutes. you can either get to Malaga with a rented car, but the parking in Malaga center is between 2 and 3 eur per hour, depending on the location of the parking, or you can take the bus which is at 5 minutes walking from the hotel , which costs 1.4 eur per ticket . the inner yard of the hotel has tables and benches where you can sit in the evening to have a drink and enjoy a good time the breakfast at 9 eur per person was a good deal, as the food variety was enough and it all tasted very good. a good breakfast in the city can be at least twice as much .

everything was perfect at the hotel the only negative points is that on the website it says ten minutes from the Airport and the City Center but it is more than 10 minutes from both places apart from that everything was great.

Nothing major only things that the hotel needs to work on is that they do not just cater for Spanish tourist or people who understand Spanish need to upgrade their TV system with English translation and have some spice or Chilli for customer who like spice food.
