The drive towards the Parador is cool, not seen many hotels/resorts have their own exit on the highway. The staff was friendly, the golf shop workers hospitality is the best I have experienced. I don’t see a better location than Parador for a shorter stay, at morning/day you play golf, afterwards there is a Plaza Mayor 500 meters away. The Glen Mc’Arthur is located next to the Plaza, great shopping and activities to do after your round of golf. 5 min away from the airport 👍

Only thing we disliked was that the shower was clogged, I was late to recognise that the water was flooding and soaked the whole bathroom.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The Parador staff were very attentive and accommodating and the food was delicious. The golf course was challenging and very well kept, making for enjoyable rounds of golf throughout the week. The staff at both the golf shop and the Black Iron Golf Academy were excellent and could not have done more to help. The Parador is a 20 minute or so taxi ride from the centre of Málaga and there is a shopping centre and designer outlet 5 minutes walk from the Parador.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. ….comfortable bed…. lovely terrace overlooking the pool. Asked for kettle and came straight away. Good room service. Good receptionist. Very helpful indeed.

The property was excellent … but . we had lunch in the bar area. Sadly the food was not good at all. The sandwich which we ordered looked as if it had been made by someone who just threw it together. Very poor indeed in presentation and taste and not up to Parador standards at all. Disappointing. However, We ate in the restaurant at night…. totally different… great service and fabulous food. Could not fault it. We also played golf. The play was so slow that we had to skip about 5 holes. The course really does need a Marshall and starter for play to go smoothly. Also for some reason players do not call you through if they are looking for balls. This is always course etiquette.

One of the dining room staff was very rude and not very helpful. She told us off for sitting on a table of 4 when there was only 2 of us. I said we waited 5 minutes to be seated and wanted to sit out side! She didnt speak English but we speak reasonable Spanish but when she came back with the tea pot we had ordered, she slammed it down and asked what hot food we wanted? we asked in Spanish what there was and she said eggs. We asked for mushroom omelette each but only my husband got one which was just a plain omelette curled up on a plate? Mine never arrived and nor did the hot milk I requested so I could have hot chocolate with the powder they supplied. The cold meats and bread was very nice.

Our 1st time in this hotel and the location was just lovely. Facilities were very good, spotlessly clean and very comfortable extra large bed. Shower was great too. We knew to expect aircraft noise due to proximity to the airport so that was okay, it stopped around midnight.

For me, I have some mobility needs and the allocated superior double room was in a block quite far away from the main buildings. It’s a personal thing and I probably should have noted it when I made the booking…so, memo to self for the next time!

pets are allowed in the hotel, I am animal friendly but I believe it is not good idea have a dog barking all the time. So personally I think the animals should not admitted. airplanes are taking off in our heads. for the rest, location is the best, installations are well maintained and food is good.

Simple and sporty, as it should be adjacent to golf course. Basic facilities OK, everything looks dated but staff trying to keep clean. Friendly staff and fair prices / eg dinner option.

Airport proximity, even not being the first time visit, it is difficult not to notice planes flying above at low altitude. Especially military ones / as there were increased military aircraft activity during my stay.

its near Malaga airport so if you delayed you can get there by taxi in 5 mins. The bathroom has a big shower and a bath - very very spacious bathroom. Lovely white fluffy towels. Room same - lots of space - extremely clean. Drinks and nuts in fridge - plenty of toiletries. We didn't have toothbrushes and guy on reception found us two. Breakfast was delicious - lots of choice - well laid out. Staff were all lovely and friendly and helpful. Price for a double room very good. There is nothing not to like! View of sea and golf course looked fab.

Spectacular setting, chic and tasteful decor, helpful staff, comfortable, excellent value.

The beach was gated and locked when I tried to walk there. Also, I tried to get coffee to go because I did not have time to stay for breakfast and it worked out in the end but the staff was initially baffled by this and wanted to charge me even though I had paid for breakfast. It all worked out in the end.

The room was clean and large enough, bathroom and shower was OK. The location allows long walks along the beach, especially during winter time, without too many people. The hotel is close to the airport and has free parking facilities.

Cleaning staff just enters the room without any warning or waiting, despite a "Do not disturb" sign. Some of the meals in the restaurant are completely inedible, at least in our opinion, we have never experienced something similar anywhere else. There is no other restaurant in walking distance. The airplanes are very loud, but you already expect this when you book this hotel and see its location on the map. The area around the hotel needs a little bit of groundskeeping. If you get a ground floor room, you hear your neighbors in the room above.
