Very helpful friendly reception staff and restaurant staff. Lovely big room on 10th floor with very comfortable bed. Sea, pool and mountain views, plus could watch outdoor evening show from balcony. Approx 4 lifts so 15 secs longest wait for lift. Shuttle bus to town with lovely shops and restaurants, which also goes to the beach is a great asset and makes a big difference. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas to relax. Inhouse supermarket, boutique, massage, fish spa and hairsalon. Big variety of vending machines. Very clean hotel all round.

Access once on main road down the slope from hotel is very narrow, to walk along/navigate, which runs alongside a very busy 3 lane fast moving road. This path leads to local large supermarket, pharmacy, patisserie and a few cafes/ restaurants, all very nice.

Great selection of food daily, it was nice to have the option of the fresh cooked as well as the buffet. The pools were nice, but the kids' pool was very murky, and I never actually saw anyone checking the levels, so I'm not convinced how maintained the water is. The splash park was fantastic, but it's not at all monitored, so the older children go slightly wild in it, which is fine, but I was travelling with an 11 month old who got knocked off his feet quite a few times. The evening entertainment and drinks offer included in the all-inclusive package were great. My little one LOVED the mini disco. The later entertainment was also brilliant and varied, too. Beds are comfy, rooms are very spacious, and bathrooms, too. Water pressure in the shower is great, and aircon was effective enough. The staffing team was absolutely brilliant, from the reception team to the bar and restaurant team to the cleaning team. Everyone made us feel welcome and accommodated.

Everything. The room was big and clean, the all inclusive was great, food and beverage all the time. The staff are polite and the animators are amazing young guys. There is a mini club for little ones and every evening a mini disco followed by adult performance. Also there is a free transfer from the hotel to the town centre and beach if you want to spend time outside of the hotel.

It looks like they want to build a kids playground and there was a construction area, but they follow all health and safety measures and there is no access to it.

The whole experience from the start at the reception was great service the room was outstanding we had the 5th floor room facing the swimming pool which we thought was the best location in the hotel, the food was great and the variety was good too, the pools for the kids and the play area pool and the holiday club was great too, the evening kids disco and the entertainment was super and would love to go back and spend a longer time, the kids had the best holiday in there life and wants to go there as soon as they can

Nothing to complain

I loved our room. It was very big and spacious. It was kept clean and towels changed daily as expected. I liked the pool and evening entertainment.

There wasn’t enough space around the pool so some days we couldn’t find beds because people held the beds but didn’t come back for hours. I also wish it was more easy to go into town and the beach. We missed the bus one day because it wasn’t clear where to get it from.

We recently stayed on All Inclusive basis.We found the food quite varied and plentiful. The drinks were free flowing and easily obtained. The staff were great most helpful and ataintive with the entertainment crew funny ,friendly and engaging.

You had to wait untill you went to the poolside bar to get coffee at lunch some people like a coffee /teaafter eating.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was incredibly nice and attentive. The all inclusive option was totally worth it! I had so many G&Ts. We were also able to watch the "La Liga" and Champions League games at the bar, which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have kids, they have a kids club, slides, a mini golf, and a small playing ground. The hotel is a little bit far away from the center / beach, but they have a shuttle bus, so you can get there quickly.

The elevators were old (especially in the tower with most of the rooms). The hotel was also old would be good to fix some things, like insulation, I could hear everything in the hallway and the elevators going up and down.

A really minor thing but lifts could do with an update but I would imagine would be huge convenience and cost implications so really is a very VERY minor detail.

Away from town which we knew before booking & free bus service used, so all good! Imed & Abel stood out from the staff, they were friendly & always made sure they stopped to say hello! Food was varied and fresh! I did want to rebook for a trip in May (we were there in April) & went to reception three times but was asked to come back each time - we then booked a different hotel in the centre which was better located.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the hotel was a good price. The pool is a very good size .Would definitely recommend to anyone.

There isn’t many vegetarian/vegan options at dinner this is something that the hotel definitely have to incorporate. Like there was a dish that just said vegetarian with no description of what it was.The shower head placement was a little bit awkward it was in the middle of the bath rather than at the front.
