Oh dear so noisy at night, people shouting, screaming and banging doors in the corridors and walkways, rooms have no soundproofing, seems there is no curfew we where kept awake by revellers every night up to 3am this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed same both times,

This hotel is amazing, exceptionally clean considering how busy the complex is. Yes, the bars are busy but you're never more than 1/2 minutes waiting to be served. The self service area for mineral/wine/beer/ taps and coffee machine where always clean and stocked up with glasses. The heated outdoor pool and indoor pool also really exceptional, especially the outdoor pool considering it was January, it was really easy to get into. The food was always freshly cooked, well presented and consistently being topped up during the buffet times

The pillows where slightly uncomfortable due to the shape, they where a very skinny rectangular shape, whereas I'm more used to a larger rectangular one. But that's just my preference, everyone is different

Perfect facilities and food. Location and service very good. Beach very close. Lot of activities during the day, nice shows in the evening. Bars are open the whole day. Everything you need for your holiday.

breakfast menu a bit dull... the lunch and dinner very good. Rooms with windows to the pool, especially close to the bars are too loud... we asked to change the room to the street, much better. The only thing what really disappointed us was during the evening show Anastasia Russian song with Moscow views... as Russia is now in the terrible war with Ukraine, so many people are suffering - this Russian part of the program should be taken away....

Second year to stay at this hotel ! Food and drinks excellent for all inclusive.. entertainment excellent All the staff from reception , entertainers , hospitality to cleaning staff were super professional and friendly always greeted with a smile 😊 Service from the bar and restaurants exceptional and always spotless clean at all times We love it here !

Absolutely nothing we didn’t like

The Room - big room, but twin beds put together, kept moving out of place. The balcony was overlooking the hospital but it was a quiet room and you could still see the sea in the distance. The cleanliness was good, clean towels every day. Location is also good, easy to get to everywhere and the beach is literally just across the street. Meals were also good, plenty of choice in 3 restaurants. Drinks were also good with enough alcohol and soft drinks to choose from so didn't struggle. Staff is very helpful - smiles every day.

Pillows were not comfortable, 1 is not enough, 2 is too much. The entertainment was more aimed at older generation, did not watch any entertainment in full. Food - the meats and fish sometimes were on the dry side, but can't really avoid as it is a buffet.

We we're very impressed with the hotel! The room was comfortable and clean and the view was beautiful (our room was over looking one of the pools.) It was very quiet in our room, which was great! The food was great and a wide variety of choice available for everyone! The bar area's were lovely and service was fast. The majority of the week we we're there we didn't have a problem finding Sunbed's but for the last couple of days of our holiday it was an issue with some people reserving sunbed's early in the morning. It was also great that the hotel supplied beach towel's which you could go and change everyday! It is quiet a way to the main centre of town but we got a taxi there for €6 and walked back. Although there are shops near the hotel it would have been nice to be a little closer to the centre. The Staff in the hotel we're all very friendly and they all worked so hard! The staff in the restaurant and bars we're great and the cleaners also do an amazing job! We will come back to the hotel in the future as we had a wonderful week away!

The bath towels in the room are SMALL! It also would have been nice to have a kettle in the room! It would have been nice if there was other entertainment in other bars in the evenings. In general the entertainment was very good but it would have been nice to have another option to attend another form of entertainment in another bar.

The hotel was fantastic, room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well looked after. I very much liked the idea that they had mobility scooters to rent out for people who need it and you could see it was very successful. 1 very large pool and 2 more normal ones so it didnt feel overcrowded at any time. Entertainment was ok too and there were plenty of bars in every area. We liked the idea of 2 themed restaurants apart from the buffet.

Not a lot of variety of food, lots of repetitions. We were there for 4 nights and was a bit tired of same food. The quality of the food was good but there could be improvements. Being Spain should be really good at a Paella and frankly tasted 3 on dif days and they were tasteless. But mostly the other things were ok. I also didnt like that you couldnt stock the fridge in room as all the drinks were given in cups so you could only keep water in fridge. Also the idea of advertising an indoor pool and then getting there and finding it closed till November wasnt nice but thankfully weather was fantastic so we enjoyed the other pools.

Thank you for the amazing service! Everything was on top. Despite the fact that the weather was cloudy most of the days, it was still warm enough. You can always find something to do. First of all, I want to say thank you to the hotel staff, everyone is so helpful, smiling and greating customers. I haven't seen anyone being rude or unhappy. Great customer service 👏 Rooms are comfortable, and the cleaning was on top. Food, plenty of choice. I have booked the Italian restaurant once but then missed the time, so I tried to book it for the next day, but it was fully booked. So I didn't get a chance to try it. I'm still not worried about it. So I had my meals in the main self-service restaurant. I used to sit by the table outside. The outside area is equipped with gas heaters, which makes it warm to stay. Bars offers you alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The spirits, I assume, are local. The cocktails I have tried were great. Most of the time, I was ordering beer, which was good. There are self-service stations available where you can get beer and wine. Good quality of coffee, made from batista coffee machine.. Pools. I was surprised that not only 1 pool Is heated, but 2 of them. (2 outside pools).The front main one, and the one by the spa area. I really enjoyed it. Water was warm enough to swim with comfort. Then there is 1 inside pool with Turkish sauna available, which is perfect after outside swimming. Entertainment in the evening, I got lucky to see the Abba show on Sunday evening. Location, taxi 10 Eur from airport. Train 7 minutes to get from the airport to LA Colina station, on Los Alamos , and pretty much the same 20 minutes walk to the hotel from both stations. Getting to Malaga center by train 20 min or less. C1 line. Everything is easy and understandable using Google maps.

Was in an incredible location

A lots of people were going to the swimming pools around 5-6am to reserve the sunbeds making almost impossible to get one if you were going after breakfast.
