The location of the hotel is perfect for a few days exploring Malaga. It's nice and tucked away from the main strip, so it's nice and quiet (no sounds of loud bins in the morning!). We thought the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. We had booked a standard double room but had a massive bed (albeit 2 beds pushed together) and two showers! Amazing. We didn't book the breakfast so can't comment on that but we had 2 days by the pool where the lunch menu was delicious, as were the drinks. The roof terrace was lovely and the perfect place to chill out and escape from the heat. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel in an ideal location close to old city and shopping centers with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was large, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really spacious with a bath and shower. Breakfast selection was good and roof top bar has some tasty snacks. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We had a very early flight leaving the hotel at 3.00am but the hotel arranged shuttle which cost €28 – good value. We would certainly return as a lovely city. For reference, if you have a car, there is a multi-store car park directly across the road where the hotel is located.

Great location only a couple of minutes from the historic Old Town and all the cafes and restaurants there. The hotel itself has a lovely roof top bar and small pool area. Great for a few drinks or snacks. Pool was very cold though, it is November after all. Our room was good, with safety deposit box free to use, plus a mini bar. Kettle and tea and coffee in room also. Huge bathroom with shower and bath. Plus a selection of pillows of different thickness. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as everywhere was so close and we wanted to eat out all the time. Great hotel, great location, great staff. And they looked after my request for a certain type of room too which was good.

The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and slight variations from day to day. The decor is very modern and attractive. Everything was very clean and well thought-out especially my bedroom and bathroom. The safe in my room was easy to use once I’d been shown how to use it by a pleasant member of staff. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The bedroom was quiet as requested . There is often one or more taxis parked outside the front door. Using a map, I worked out how to get into the historic area of the city within a few minutes. I enjoyed having a drink on the sun terrace, a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Pool overcrowded - bit tired The beds made us sweaty - very odd like there was plastic under the sheets The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. 2 long black hairs in the bathroom, bits in the floor, bits in wardrobe. So we never felt quite comfortable in our room. We had one bad meal on the roof top that I had to send back. Replaced by an excellent dish. But no apology or money off.

Honestly the staff were the most amazing part of the trip, from day 1 to the final day. The accommodation is ideal for those looking to have access to both the old and new parts of town as the building is almost in the middle of it it seems. The rooftop bar is lovely, staff were also great up there. Was an extremely tranquil area.

Two very small down sides, but not deal breakers. The drinks on the rooftop bar are really expensive, especially considering the area where not 2 minutes away you can get an aperol for €6.50 instead of €10 in the bar. Second is kids at the pool area ( which is not to say the property is at fault ) but children were bombing into the pool every day we went to it. The parents should have known to tell the kids to respect the tranquility but life goes on

Immediately impressed by bright, spacious reception area and extremely friendly, helpful receptionist. Great room with views, very comfortable bed and seating, stylish decor, good lighting, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Large bathroom with powerful shower over bath. Roof top bar offers stunning views over the city, as well as tempting food and drink options. Again bar staff excellent - providing canopy shading against bright sun as well as heating during chillier evenings. Hope to visit again soon!

Slightly tricky finding the hotel parking, but actual parking charges very reasonable.

I loved the rooftop pool and restaurant.

Not at all the hotel's fault but one night it was so noisy outside all night long and we couldn't fall asleep until about 5 a.m. perhaps better sealed windows would help. Also, I didn't like that they would order a private shuttle but not a taxi ahead of time but the private shuttle was a regular taxi. It felt a bit like profiteering. But such is the way it goes.

Very good breakfast, cool gym inside a glass enclosure on the 5th floor patio, so it feels like you are working out under the sun with an exceptional view.

I needed to do some work one day, and I went down into the large breakfast area (it was about noon). There was one table being used (I think they may serve lunch there), and I sat down at the other end of the seating area, surrounded by empty tables, and the waiter told me I had to leave. It was literally empty and I was a guest at the hotel. Quite rude. He told me to go work on the lobby, but all the chairs there are weirdly curved and impossible to work if is you need to use your computer. Otherwise the hotel was nice.
