Breakfast was wonderful. I ordered dinner off the menu the 1st day but then found the buffet and really loved it. I ate too much while I was there. Front Desk Omar was so kind and helpful, especially with getting a taxi back to Palma. Both waiters Eduardo and Johnny were delightful and made an old lady feel comfortable.

The noise from the next door rooms when the beds were scooted across the floor woke me up. I feel sorry for the cleaning ladies who have to struggle to do that to change the sheets daily. I noticed that just moving the desk chair made a harsh noise when moved across the concrete floor. Soft pads on the legs of the furniture would be an inexpensive fix.

This place is a dream come true for tennis lovers! it has a positive vibe to it and the moment you leave, you are already looking forward to come back. the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are big, the food is healthy and with lots of choice, the sports facilities are top class and everyone is nice and friendly.

Reception. was very busy at times and they should look into more options for self-service (for example for booking a tennis court)

the property has everything. My husband swam in the pool and had a haircut. Buffets were great and staff are very accommodating.

Our room was a very long walk for us to the elevators but we see 2 elevators near us not working yet and construction is still going on. I am sure next year will be all finished.

There was a maintenance issue on balcony and staff did very quick attempt to fix it. That was amazing response, but missing panel was not installed as it need some time to be delivered.

Great hotel for tennis fans. Thanks to the special atmosphere and coaches of the Academy, my son, a 7-year-old son, took his first steps in tennis and fell in love this sport. We liked the museum and children's simulators in the museum, we visited the museum with our son 3 times

The place is really great if you are looking for a sporting getaway!! All the facilities like the fitness center, spa and swimming pools are available to all. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good. A lot of options depending on what you like. There were so many healthy options to choose from as well. If you are lucky enough you may get to see Rafa Nadal practice on the courts.

The facility is far from services, including shops and restaurants. Car / scooter highly recommended if you intend to visit the surroundings.

The food at breakfast was wonderful and the buffet supper we had was fantastic. The bedrooms are enormous and everything is so clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was just a very efficiently run establishment.

Everything was outstanding!

This is an amazing facility, wish I was a young talented tennis player who had the opportunity to attend this facility. we have been on the road for six weeks and this was the best room and the best breakfast we had in all that time.
