the spa area, the main "house" the terrace where you ate breakfast and dinner, and the outdoor pool!

my room ... I had the room under the buffet area and I could listen when they were setting up for breakfast... but I saw other rooms in and on the new area, and they looked amazing. It was just this noise thing in that specific room we got (there is 2 more in that location) I would recommend to come here but ask for a room on another area the one close to the pool or the one close to the spa.

Very personal service. The place has a lot of character, not in the least by the friendliness of the family that runs it and their staff. The overall standard of the facilities is very high but especially the eye for detail was a welcome surprise. We had a small dog with us and she was very happy to find a special dog basket in the room, a bottle of water and some dog biscuits. Upon leaving, she made a round to thank the owner, her uncle Jaime and his mother in law to say thank you. So did we, we are also in the hospitality business and recognized and appreciated the sincere treatment with hospitality and warmth. Thank you and till next year !

Nothing really. We were in the older part of the hotel but even though the bathroom could be updated to the more modern ones, they have in the new part, we enjoyed our room very much. Especially, because it was a family room with a shared hall and then the 2 rooms.

Everything was just fantastic. The personal touch was a breath of fresh air - imagine the owners and staff actually taking the time to have a conversation with you - amazing. The facilities were great and the spa (in particular) and the swimming pool were modern and well maintained. We would definitely go back.

Everything was perfect

I felt much more relaxed leaving the spa hotel than before I arrived. The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home, the new spa facilities are lovely and most days we had them to ourselves. We really enjoyed the 3 course evening meal and thought the cooking was excellent.

We picked the garden rooms with terrace and found them very dark, with hindsight I would select the top rate rooms in the new building as they looked much lighter and brighter.

The location, the calm you could breath, the attitude of the staff always willing to help and to make your stay as good as it can be. But guys, the breakfast was… extremely good not only because of the variety of options but also for the quality of the products.

That I couldn’t stay more days. No regrets

The little touches of luxury- homemade lemonade, freshly ground coffee and squeezed orange juice. A beautiful German spec spa with views of the mountains and wild flower meadows, a quiet and friendly stay. I will definitely come back. The food is fabulous. Highly recommended

More English TV channels, hard to find something I didn’t like

Amazing staff. Dinners and breakfasts were excellent. Home made, cozy. People are amazing! Spa facilities is very nice too.

The drive to the property is really narrow. We had a small SUV and it barely went thought. But I guess that’s what it takes to be really “rural”

Although they were very accommodating towards us as a family with kids, this place is probably best enjoyed without kids (most guests are adults, meaning one is always on one's toes for the kids not making noise)

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the Majorcan countryside - great facilities on site (outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna) and delicious breakfast in the mornings included. Overall my partner and I had a peaceful and relaxing stay and we would highly recommend the hotel to friends an other guests

Route to hotel is a little windy and long

Warm and friendly staff, amazing facilities and wonderful food and wine. A great base for exploring the South East corner of Mallorca.

Nothing really - some rooms are older than others but they have retained their authentic Spanish feel, which is lovely.
