Excellent location for access to three beaches - two on foot within 5-10 minutes and a third one 5 minutes drive away or a slightly longer walk in the heat. Pool access was from 10-19:00 but reception staff didn’t mind when YouTube’s the pool as long as you were respectful of other residents.

Secure parking incurred an extra charge. However, plenty of on street parking available. Restaurant / bar was great, but not water tight during evening showers and cool on windy days if staying in October.

Great location for beach holiday. 2 amazing beaches just few minutes walk from the apartments. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff, really nice rooms and facilities (you get everything you need)

The public transport is very limited. No taxis. You will need to rent a car if you are interested in some activities which are not within a walking distance from the apartments. The buses run every 45min and are often late

We arrived late, and thankfully, the keys were already in the door. We received a short video guide on how to reach the apartment, which was very helpful given that it was dark and we had been traveling for a long time. The pool was lovely, and despite our bedroom facing this area, it was very quiet. The available laundry service was very convenient. The complex is extremely family-friendly, and you can park your car safely in the parking lot (though there is a fee). It's just a few minutes' walk to either of the beaches.

The first room we were given was not clean, so we had to switch. The second room was better, but we found bed bugs in the mattress, which was quite unsettling. However, this issue was resolved promptly. Overall, considering the price, the quality is reasonable, and we were probably just unlucky to encounter two issues during our stay.

Everything is new, clean and very comfortable. Location is very quiet, occupied mostly by families with kids. Very close to the very beautiful beach which however gets extremely busy around 11am-6pm, but very pleasant in the morning hours and in the evening. Grocery store and bus stop are also very close. Good public transport connection with Porto Cristo. Big thanks to Maxi for being so responsive and helpful.

- kitchen could be complemented a bit (there was only one knife - for bread, no food turner) - if arriving in the evening to Palma, rather book a direct transfer in advance, the last bus from Porto Cristo to the hotel leaves at 21:50 and taxi service in Porto Cristo appears to be absolutely unfunctional - impossible to book the way you would expect it in 2022 (no uber, no other app, impossible to reach them by phone and stop at the street)

The apartment was really great - clean , modern and comfortable . We had a first floor apartment with balcony overlooking the fabulous pool which was very well maintained. There are two really good smallish beaches within a few minutes walk . You can rent sun beds with umbrellas and a mini safe there for the day. The area outside the apartments isn’t picture perfect and we weren’t wildly impressed with Porto Cristo( a short taxi ride away) but for a post pandemic relax with some late summer sunshine this was perfect . The apartment was really good value too . The reception staff were very friendly . We did a supermarket shop in Porto Cristo for supplies. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance . We didn’t like La Cala Beach restaurant which we tried on our first night . The staff were surly , and they charged us nearly 10 euros for one gin and tonic - way more than anywhere else . It was pretty deserted anyway for our stay , so I’d avoid that one . 15Fifteen restaurant was about 15 mins walk ( through very quiet streets …) and that was fab - we went twice . Proper restaurant food , nice staff and even a live piano man one night . We also liked the restaurant Cala Mandia just on the beach - had a couple of lunches and dinners there - simple tasty food - the sea bass was good . Also bar Chiringo - near the Spa - best coffee in the locality . They do a nice little orange juice coffee and croissant brekki . Also had dinner twice - once tapas which was quite good. Second time , pasta which was excellent . Best bread with allioli too. Overall a great relaxing stay . Would certainly recommend .

Although we only had breakfast and some lunch at the property - not actual cooking , we had to buy our own washing up liquid , loo roll , kitchen towel etc - a few more basics would have been helpful . 15 euros extra to operate the safe in the apartment was a bit irritating. For our return covid test we booked Sanitest via reception who came to the complex . They were 50 mins late so we were hanging around - they promised results within 2 hours but it was actually 6 hours later we got the results - but hopefully the need to test to return to uk will be over shortly.

The pool area was incredible - so clean, well kept and with a lovely lifeguard so it always felt safe for the kids. The baby area of the pool was amazing for us with a small child too. The bar/cafe was incredible - such friendly staff, amazing coffee and really delicious food. We didn’t want to leave!!

The bathrooms weren’t great with a few plugs missing etc and the kitchen was rather small for five of us though was fairly well equipped

Amazing location and family friendly apartments just a few metres away from Cala Anguila with a great pool area. The Alegre restaurant is fantastic as well with a simple and delicious menu. Parking available on the street and just 10 mins away from Porto Cristo.

Could be good if the apartment could have a few more essentials (washing machine, 1 or 2 dishwasher tablets or bin bags just for the 1st night) and a better kitchen.

Amazing beach nearby and the pool was fantastic. Apartment had all I needed to cook, great shower and comfy bed. It felt like home. The location was great for what I wanted, loved the local cat family!

Nothing I did not like but although I loved the pool view I felt a little exposed sitting on the terrace on the ground floor. One day another guest photographed me in the pool without my permission which was very inappropriate. Not having a car meant I had to go food shopping in Porto Cristo but the bus service was good.

super nice location between two beaches and cool pool area, very friendly staff and nice café on site. nice with kids but also without. apartments basic but good value for money.

not the location‘s fault, but in walking distance there is not really any really good restaurant. mostly super touristy and mediocre quality. otherwise would suggest to make sure glasses, cutlery and plates are REALLY clean before letting the next guests in. kitchen itself very old, could use a renovation.

Room was fully equipped with everything you could need -- dishwasher, microwave, toaster, clothes rack, heater/aircon, etc. Laundry available within the complex too. Secure parking. In easy access to the two wonderful little beaches just minutes away. And Porto Cristo old town is just a 10 min drive away. Location was perfect as a base for exploring the north-east of Mallorca. And our host, Miguel, was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed it.

Nothing much that we didn't like! Apartment was a little tired in parts, but this was a minor thing.
