Liked value for money, spacious good sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for us to visit family living nearby. Apartment and common areas within the hotel very clean and tidy. Appliances in the apartment worked properly including the safe. The private terrace was fairly large.

Some of the metal catches on the terrace access sliding doors were sheared off so those doors were insecure. The hob extractor had a missing under-light lens cover and one of the smaller double glazed windows overlooking the countryside was 'misted' internally. The areas around the outside of the hotel were tired and poorly maintained eg. the hotel signs were sun scorched, there was litter on the land in front of the hotel and metal drain covers were missing from nearby road gutters.

The first floor apartment was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. it was nice to have a bathroom with a bath and there was plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities like the bar area and pool looked well kept ( although in January they were not being used very much)

On a purely personal level we are not fans of urbanisations, especially when they are still in the construction stage which seemed to be the case all around Manilva Sun . We also felt that the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped although this is just a minor detail, not something that would put us off returning. Realistically a car is a necessity but perhaps not if you are here in the summer.

all areas really well kept, the apartment was clean and tidy and had all i needed. I used the beaches, so didn't use the pool on site, however from previous visits (and my room overlooked the pool), the area was in good condition and used regularly by other holiday makers on site. You will need a car, as the hill from the beach would be hard after a day at the beach, although if this far down the coast you are likely to have a car anyway. There are lots of supermarkets just near the main road for supplies and they also have a small shop on site with basic essentials.

I've stayed here many times, because it is a lovely location and good rooms. So there was nothing i didn't like. Wifi speeds in the rooms were great, sometimes a little slow if sitting outside having a coffee (but did still work).

Very quiet apartments in a nice area in Manilva amongst newly built 600k villas. The stay was amazing due to its quietness and comfort. We had a car (which do most travellers as Manilva is far away from the airport). The paseo next to the seaside is lovely. Shops are nearby. There was a bunch of birds singing with loud voices in the morning. There is a lovely residential park just 5 min walk away from the hotel. I could have easily lived in such a place long-term.

The navigation to the entrance was a bit confusing. I also don't recommend using the smallest section of the oven as it takes ages for it to warm up.

The apartment was clean, spacious and quite comfortable (sofa uncomfortable).. Garage facilities were great with lifts up to accommodation at various points. Staff very helpful.

Didn't like the building sites around -4 cranes in my immediate line of vision. also a large communications tower very close. The one small sauspan in the kitchen was inadequate and kitchen very small.

Love the hotel and area. plenty of local shops if self catering, but lots of choice of places to eat out for families. There is also a gym a couple of minutes down the road for those that like to stay fit while away and a choice of golf courses. Most shops are open until 10, however there is a small shop on site if you need extras.

Had to pay €50 deposit for a router as the WiFi is public and couldn't use it for work, but they upgraded the WiFi and put new routers in all the rooms while I was there. Small things like no soap in kitchen or bathroom and a very wobbly table in the living room. No major issues.

Really good facility, car needed as it is off the main thoroughfare. Rooms are well equipped, beautiful gardens and pool area. Little shop to get drinks ect and bar area. WiFi was good, and we could access some english speaking tv programs

The hotel complex was very nice and well organised and the aparment had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, furnished kitchen, living room and own terace so it exceeded my expectations. Indeed a very good value for money. The only minus is that is not close to the sea but with it own swimming pool and large garden it very good. Thete is a mini market in it so you may find everything for the first need. Very good organized with underground parking. I recommend.

Great value for money & even more so when we were given an upgrade to a 2 bed/bath flat, very spacious & well appointed. Good beds, powerful shower, lots of towels. We were notified in advance that no bathroom or cleaning products were provided so we came prepared. Great to have a washing machine & dishwasher too. Definitely a great deal in these Corona times!

The kitchen is very under equipped if you want to actually cook- e.g no cutting board, no grater, peeler, no big pasta pot, no cleaning liquids or sponges, kitchen towels etc No kettle or toaster either which are pretty basic things to provide in a flat.
