Breakfast was good in the restaurant near adult pool.

Restaurant service was sometimes slow. Food was lukewarm. We stayed in a lovely room for 3 adults with a solarium to provide feeling of space but the outside area was not tidied whilst we were there and cigarette ends were left by neighbours on our solarium. If it wasn’t for this I would give cleanliness 10/10. The hotel blurb gives the impression the adults only area is more isolated from the family facilities but unfortunately children can be seen and heard. No where to shower and change for flight home when checked out of room. Having paid nearly 4K for a weeks holiday I don’t expect to have to pay to have a shower!

Beautiful location with nice views from your room. The early morning sunrise is very pretty to watch. Great to have several restaurants to choose from. You could eat at a different restaurant each evening (when they are open)..

Some restaurants are closed from Thursday to Saturday which gives you too limited options. For the amount of money that you pay, it is strange. We also booked reserve and we had no place to sit at the outside pool for 2 days. We told the staff that it was unacceptable but only on the third day when lots of people were leaving we had some sun-beds. So simply too many people who pay for reserve and too limited spaces at the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but price versus quality was not as it should be.

If you’re like me you read some of the mixed reviews and got a little nervous - don’t worry! The location is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and we had a lovely stay! We had the Reserve upgrade and I cannot recommend it enough. Having a bit of privacy and calm was worth it. The staff is so charming (extra shout out to Marina and Cristina in the reserve breakfast area/ mascalzone for always being a delight). The spa is also wonderful - I got the best massage of my life from Maria Jose who was so knowledgeable about every treatment and product, you could tell she was passionate about her work! I mention food below, but Kanna was our favorite restaurant and the food was really good. Breakfast in the Reserve area is the perfect start to the day. We might have been here at a slow time of year, but we never had issues getting a sun bed or Bali bed in the reserve area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we only regret not staying an extra few days! Hopefully we get a chance to return in the future.

Overall I’d say that sometimes food is the weakest link of this otherwise perfect stay - some of the past reviews paint the food in a very negative light and I didn’t experience that! I thought at times it was just “okay.” Stick to the restaurants and make reservations - your experiences with food will go much better!!

Wonderful location and infrastructure, you can tell it was only re-opened earlier in 2023. Wide variety of food available. We thought other reviews were over stating the perfection that the staff is, boy were we wrong. Everyone we met and interacted with was 100% committed to making our state perfect and ensuring everything went as smooth as humanly possible. The Reserve upgrade is worth it if you want the lounge access (with air conditioning) and the very quiet adults only pool. Breakfast in the Reserve area was nice and offered great additions to the regular breakfast buffet. Overall: as close to perfection as you can get in the <500€ a night category

First of all, we were going to enjoy sun and water without special expectations of the food. Like, "ok, all-inclusive, nice food will be there, that's fine". On the contrary - the food went above all the expectations and every meal was a delight. Especially they are focused on ceviche and tartars - amazing stuff they serve. Then, the hotel itself has just opened from a major renovations - needless to say that everything is brand-new, marble is shiny and rooms are great. Service: I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that guest to personel ratio is like 1:1. My gosh, whenever I left the room for 3 minutes, somehow when I came back the bed was made and room cleaned once again. If you are on a "no-kids" vacation, I really recommend looking at "The reserve" option.

The food quality was mediocre to say the least although there was a lot to choose from in terms of restaurants and menu's for a five star hotel I would have thought that the actual quality of the food be far better than it actually was.

Great hotel! The staff is exceptionally friendly and the food is tasty. The interior of the hotel is stunning and it is very clean. Great gym! The whole hotel is new and modern. We loved the all inclusive package.

The only thing that comes to mind is that they only have canned water (not bottled). It is a bit inconvenient when going outside to sunbathe or going to the gym. Also you have to wear a rather large bracelet the whole stay. You get a little bit bored of the food at the buffet because it is very similar each day. Not a huge problem.

Everything was great. Hotel was amazing, staff were attentive. The whole resort smelt amazing. This is going to be my new winter get away

That there was no drink service by the pool. I would expect for the price and the star that there would be pool service.

Evening entertainment lacking. Slow service for water refills at main restaurant No English subtitles on any TV channels.

We liked everything from staff to the service , the a la carte restaurant, Kana restaurant we were having our lunch there every day the waitress were very friendly and happy to help with any questions! The males waitress were more polite and happy to give us the best service. The cleaning service was every day . The food was good A big thank you to the receptionist team for the birthday wishes champagne and the peace of cakes they sent to our room much appreciated.

The mattress wasn’t so comfortable . And another thing that I think is really important parents and families with young children will be very beneficial if they can have their kids under control and not letting them run on the corridor disturbing others people sleep! Also at meals time and specific at breakfast time running around the Ala carte restaurant making lot of unhappy noises . Manners and respect for others people around them who wanted to have some peaceful time should be considered!
