Clean large comfortable apartment. Friendly staff.good food.

Some of the steps were quite slippery,being tiled on concrete with no handrail. I fell on the first night and suffered a very large painful bruise, resulting in a hematoma which could take months to heal. I informed the receptionist who said he would inform maintenance. But nothing happened whilst we were there.

Lovely apartment, clean with good layout and all you needed. Friendly staff and onsite facilities were all great. A really nice apart-hotel.

Not a dislike, but something to be aware of. A bit of a walk down to the beach (20 mins downhill) however the hotel did provide a free minibus service until 2pm. The marina, beach bars and restaurants and main family beach was a further 20 mins along the beach front.

Very clean and the staff are mostly lovely , 2 miserable bar staff 1 young woman with a bun , the other a middle age man with a beard. The Poole tables are great for some midday relief from the sun. The breakfast was great value for money and delicious and served till around 11am.

Not enough entertainment for teenagers , pool very small but ok, the baby pool is hardly used it’s a shame they don’t make that area a bugger pool and out a slide down to it. Could do with a few more sun umbrellas but mostly no one went without a sun bed.

Been staying at this location for many years. The rooms are very clean and the staff are always incredibly accommodating.

The fact that not only was the swimming pool under maintenence but the dreadful noise from 8.30 to 4.30 of the workmen cutting tiles mixing cement. This was a treat for my children to relax pre exams. I am most disappointed as we weren't made aware about this beforehand.

Jacuzzi, indoor pool, outdoor pools, sauna, treadmills, pool tables, mini golf had it all. Cost of food in cafe was reasonable. Really lovely friendly staff always ready to help.

There was no ac in the rooms. The ceiling fans were fine if you left the windows open. Heat was manageable because there were grill shutters for safety if you wanted to leave the doors and windows open which we did all the time even when we weren't in the apartment.

No clean towels daily , had to ask of toilet paper ,

The hotel is very clean, spacious and is in a great location. I paid for a premium room with an Ocean view. Whilst we could see the sea the room [461][ was tucked in a corner.

Position of the room - it had an ocean view but was tucked in a corner. The room is very clean and has everything but it is rather small. I recommend paying even more for a larger room.

We loved the heated pool, straight outside our apartment. The staff were all lovely. The position of this complex was perfect for us as we had friends living a 5 minute walk away.

The fact the bar closed at 5pm. The rooms could do with a facelift

The beds were very comfortable. Comfortable furniture. Kitchen was stocked, town was nearby. Free parking, had option to upgrade with AC.

That the master bedroom AC was leaking. The the resort was on a hill. Bathtub was slippery. Pool closed too early at 6 PM.
