The hotel overlooks the beach and has a nice atmosphere. Close to lots of shops and restaurants and comes alive at night. We were on B&b basis but first night we had dinner at the hotel @24 euros for buffet and it was well worth it. Views over the sea as well.

We were told to look for the municipal car park to park our car. It isn’t so straight forward to find and when parked at 18 euros a day, you have a 5/10 minute walk with your baggage to the hotel as it is in a pedestrianised area.

There was nothing to dislike. Every single detail of my stay from the start to finish was taking care with the fenomenal staff, always going the extra mile.I stayed in room 607,the views left me speechless, just astonishing;))))

Breakfast was very good with a wide choice and well prepared. The views from the breakfast restaurant are amazing. Staff attentive and quick to bring tea/coffee and clear tables.

Waiters in El Mirador cafe/bar were appalling. We were ignored on arrival and when our drink order was taken it was forgotten. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned another evening and were ignored and it took over 40 minutes to get a drink. I know it can be busy but here the service was very poor and the attitude worse. This was a real shame as all the other staff in the hotel were lovely from the cleaner at the pool to the breakfast staff.

The hotel was spotless and well located. Staff were pleasant. The service manager asked every morning at breakfast if all was to our satisfaction which was attentive and a nice touch. The fresh selection, breads, cheese, meats etc for breakfast were excellent, as were cereals, juices and beverages. The bought-in cakes etc were not so good. The food menu for lunch was good. The tea/coffee facilities and room safe were good to have.There were other nice touches such as the 60th anniversary tee shirts and the Halloween biscuits left in the room.

The Jacuzzi was cold and we were told could not be heated which was disappointing. There was a take away breakfast as we had an early start on our last day. This was good but there was nothing in it that we could eat. It was the same with our friends, they didn't eat it either. I would suggest offering a limited choice of food for the take away breakfast to reduce food waste. The breakfast was 2 pineapple juices, 4 pots of natural yogurt (tasted like soya, not like the yogurt at the buffet breakfast), butter and strawberry jam but no rolls to put them on and 2 ham, 2 salami sandwiches on very processed sliced pan which tasted terrible.

Location was perfect. Our room was in an ideal position. Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast options were plentiful and exceeded our expectations We booked 3 rooms and the hotel ensured all 3 rooms were on the same floor and very close to each other (without us needing to ask) Although the beach is not private for the hotel it felt that way. The beach club staff were great at setting up umbrellas and sun lounges for everyone This trip was very special as my sister is battling terminal cancer, and we wanted to spend some quality time with her and her children. I didn't mention this to the hotel, however the staff still went above and beyond and made the stay memorable. I will be forever greatful for the hotel giving us a lifetime of memories to look back on.

People smoking on the balconies. I really think you should not allow this, as non smokers this was really unpleasant.

The location is fantastic so close to everything. The room was great had a junior suite very roomy and the view was exceptional. Beach towels in the room and these could be changed daily. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Loved the fact that the doors to sunbathing areas were only made accessible at certain times so no mad dash to put towels out at the crack of dawn by people. Felt very safe in the hotel as the corridors to rooms could only be accessed by your room key. Left arly in the morning so had a picnic breakfast 2 sandwiches, 2 cakes, 2 pieces of fruit each and a bottle of juice wonderful. All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was my birthday whilst we were there and a bottle of fizz and 2 glasses brought to the room from the hotel managment. First time at this hotel but definitely not the last

More choice of cereal at breakfast would be good only cornflakes and museli. A lot of spanish hotels have sugarpuffs which I love so disappointed these were not there. Nothng else everything was great

The location was great, in the centre of town with a fantastic view of the sea. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had good variety and the waiting staff were attentive. We liked the cafe bar at the front of the hotel where you could get cocktails. The pool area, sun beds and jacuzzi were an added bonus for a town centre hotel.

The decor was a bit dated. The double room was two single beds pushed together. Only shampoo and shower gel was provided, no other toiletries.

The location was excellent. The staff were extremely nice and friendly and helpful. It was clean. The facilities and decor and services were amazing. The pool and the views from it were incredible. The private beach was beautiful and the sea was amazing to swim in. The smaller details were great as well like fresh beach towels every day. When we checked out but waiting for the airport taxi, we were given an option to use a separate sauna facility for a showering before going to the airport which was really useful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and views from the breakfast buffet were cool.

That we had to go home!

Everything perfect, location, food, room, facilities. Beautiful hotel.

Booked a taxi at reception for the return trip to the airport. We didnt ask the price as we expected it to be a metered taxi. When it arrived, it was the hotels own taxi. The vehicle was equipped with a meter but it was switched off. When we got to the airport, the fee was far higher than the taxi we got when we arrived a few days earlier. This 'fee' should have been detailed when the taxi was booked or else the meter should be switched on.....

This hotel is fantastic, first class from the staff to the room’s to the food.

They could deal with any situation that arrives.
