Friendly staff. Rooms kept impeccably clean. Location excellent. We have come here many times over the years and will come again.

We do not consider that the range of breakfast offering is value for money when compared to what is available in cafe/ restaurant around the corner. Perhaps a bit more imagination in how the pricing is structured in PCH would help make the breakfast price more competitive.

Our room was beautiful, spacious with modern facilities. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was at the front of the premises because we love to hear the buzz of activity in the square below our balcony. The location is perfect for everything, including the Balcon and the staff are always helpful, polite and willing to assist you with anything from taxis to local attractions.

I've been to the hotel many times and this is more about other guests, not the hotel. In the past I have always been able to visit the pool and obtain a sunbed. However, guests now seem to think it is appropriate to get to the pool early and place towels on sunbeds, which then sit empty for hours until that guest decides they want to sunbathe. This could easily be stopped by placing a sign at the pool that beds cannot be reserved and any towels on unoccupied beds will be removed. It's fair and stops this ridiculously, selfish behaviour. Incidentally, these were all UK guests!

The room was good and the wardrobe was roomy with drawers and a safe. There were extra pillows and blankets, although they were not needed. Lovely large shower and good toiletries. Good size swimming pool with adequate loungers. lovely view from there too. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Very central location. Oh and I had a little balcony with shutters.

The location was a bit noisy with revellers late at night and early morning workers hosing down the square. Nothing anyone can do about it and it was reflected in the price. Bought some earplugs and problem solved.. However, anyone sensitive to noise needs to be aware.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room. The hotel was in the perfect location for us. Lots of places to walk to and a huge choice of good restaurants and bars with excellent customer service. Hotel staff were lovely and very welcoming and the building has kept it's charm. Good sized shower too. We were on the opposite side of the building to the plaza and whilst I'm sure it would have been lovely to look out over there we were perfectly happy. I suspect we had the quieter side. Would definitely recommend

Nothing to dislike. Parking is a challenge though we were lucky and found a space nearby and there is a large car park not too far away that I think would work fine for most people.

Cleanliness location and staff.

Disorganised breakfast. I had to show people how to use the toaster, where to get cutlery etc. Some mornings it was a free for all, other mornings were quiet. I forgot to bring a teapot with me to make tea before bedtime, i asked to borrow one and offered a deposit but was told No! I tried to buy one locally but couldnt find a shop. I appreciate this was my fault but i feel they could have been a little more accommodating.

Beds and pillows so comfy. Room was spotless and upkeep is every day :) Staff were so lovely, and being right in the CENTRE of Nerja, one step takes you to most beautiful views; Left - Church and breathtaking arches looking out onto the ‘Balcony of Europe’, to the right - cobbled streets filled with tapas, vinos, coloquial boutique and charm, and some challengingly gorgeous ocean views.

Little smell when you came in main doors and into reception but this was most likely was due to pipe/ remedial works being undertaken in the Main Street. This was early Feb 2022 and the progress they had made in the two short days we had stayed there was unbelievable, if you’re reading this in March its complete :)!, great to see a community working so hard - DON’T let it put you off - rooms are spotless, mattresses/ pillows are worthy of checking the label to see if you can get one back home (🤞) and staff are 24/7, lovely and bu-lingual. A1.

Ideal location- near everything, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and good size with tea and coffee facilities and fridge to keep drinks in, and to top it off there was a bar and swimming pool on the roof, which was lovely after walking around in the heat during the day to have a nice cool dip and a drink whilst admiring the views.Also when I went back to my room one evening, the hotel had put a bottle of bubbly and glasses and made swans out of the towels for my birthday, (which I hadn’t told them) Which I thought was a really nice touch.

The hotel is centrally located making going out in the evening very enjoyable. Even so it was not too difficult to get to by car and if you can find a space and leave it there great. If not there are paid car parks within a couple of minutes walk. The staff were very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, food was good.

My only issue with the hotel is that I am a very light sleeper and I didn't think to ask for a quiet room. So we were literally on the first floor overlooking the street and above the hotel entrance so I found it difficult to sleep. Had we stayed out late, or asked for a quieter room this hotel would have been perfect.

You could not get a more central location. Right in the middle for shopping , beaches and dining. We had a triple room which was a decent size for 3 people. Spotlessly clean. Air con was great as was the fridge in the room.

Found the roof top pool a bit cramped. Beds were rarely free during the morning, and you really were up against the people next to you.

The location was amazing as was the the rooftop pool. The no hogging the sun loungers rule means everyone gets a chance, or if it’s busy you can grab a table and chairs at the rootfop bar, have a quick dip to cool down and head back to your table. The staff are five star.

Bath was slippy, slipped and ended up with a MASSIVE bruise on my leg. Steps up to reception meant having a pushchair was inconvenient.
