I had to leave very early the next day; I told Rosa that I would be gone before they started serving breakfast. Rosa packed me a sandwich/snack bag for the long bus ride. It made me feel very special.

The price. I paid 120 for the Arcos room, when I returned to Nijha a stayed in Hostal San Miguel. only $40 bucks for a room for the night, the shower was ten times better.

Basic breakfast but plenty of it. Lovely staff. Nice restaurant attached to hotel. Guests are not allowed to reserve sunbeds. Pool towels provided

Check in was excellent. We arrived a few hours before the check in time of 2pm and the member of staff on the reception desk could not have been more helpful, offering to let us store our luggage at the reception desk until our room became available. We made use of the bar facilities until our room was ready, drinks prices are reasonable and the outside area very comfortable and relaxing. Our room was very spacious, clean and well maintained with a huge bed. Ceiling fan and air con was great to have and cooled the room nicely! The balcony is very spacious with sun loungers and a table and chairs. Pool area was lovely, well laid out and had ample sun loungers. The pool is also a good size and the water crystal clear and clean. Breakfast was nice, consisting of hot dog type sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals and the usual continental breakfast items. The hotel is situated not far from Burriana beach, seafront bars and cafés and shops. There is a Mercadona supermarket just next to the hotel for any bits and pieces you may need. We had really enjoyable stay. Can't praise the staff enough! They were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like!

We stayed in a Junior Suite room it was really lovely and big. The beds were comfy and the air con worked well. The swimming poole area was great, it was nice and relaxing. The staff are friendly, helpful and always said Hello.

It seems as though they need more staff especially in kitchen and on reception. The ladies working there seem to be rushed off their feet all the time. They work hard and could do with more support. We struggled with noise from the other rooms, we could hear other people through the walls most nights, such as banging, walking on the floor and talking. The rooms could do with mugs and tea/coffee to drink.

We had the best stay here. The hotel is lovely and calm and peaceful, especially around the pool area. Our baby properly did cause a bit of noise however we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The cleaners gave our room a thorough clean each day. The staff were so warm and welcoming.

The location probably isn’t ideal. However that’s why the hotel is so lovely and peaceful. We under estimated how long it would take us to walk to the beach and Balcon de Europe. Even though it’s not technically far it is very hilly.

We had a superior double room and it was a great size, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size and everything worked well. Room had a safe, fridge and even a small lounge. Our balcony had sun lounges and a table & chairs and overlooked the pool. We had a car and there was plenty of parking at the front of the hotel or in the nearby streets. Not a lot of restaurants close by but there is a large supermarket next door. It's about 2.1kms away from the Balcon de Europa but it's a fairly easy walk and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from once there. We walked to Playa Burriana (about 1.3kms) and we were glad we didn't take the car as parking was a bit chaotic. Would totally recommend this hotel, we loved our stay here.

The location might be a problem if you want to be close to the main tourist area, for us it wasn't an issue and we walked everywhere.

Good size room and patio with direct access to pool area (room 102). Excellent wifi. Powerful easy to operate shower with swift hot water. Free use of room safe. Long "happy hour". Good restaurant on site.

Not much.The kettle was missing from the room on my arrival, but one was quickly provided after reception was informed, though reception not always staffed. There could be more comfortable seating to relax in in the bar area. There was always room for me to park in the parking area outside the hotel entrance, but sometimes tricky to access around ornamentation. Restaurant closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Room had been updated and was very modern, extremely clean and comfortable. Had a bath in the corner which was a nice touch but a bit unpractical. Beds were very large and comfy. Aircon was great. Safe was a plus. Balcony with sunbeds and table and chairs so very good. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Loved the onsite restaurant as the food and wine was extremely good.

Parking was tight and not much of it. Hotel was quite a walk to the beach and town in the very hot weather. Taxis are a nightmare so that didnt help. Kettle in the room but no cups or tea/coffee. Water not provided in the fridge as stated and no toiletries as stated. Wines available at the bar were a bit limited, been nice if they were the same as restaurant.

Nice small hotel in Nerja with parking outside, which in this town is very important, since there is always lots of cars in the town centre and parking can be impossible. Located near the supermarket and walking distance to town. Friendly staff. Very nice restaurant, I advise to book a table since this place seems to be popular dinner spot. Nice swimming pool and spacious terrace with beautiful viwes.
