A friendly, comfortable, old-style hotel in a quiet location. Perfectly located to explore Nerja's town centre (less than 10 minutes by foot), which has a great range of excellent bars, cafes, restaurants and boutique-style shops. Fantastic views of the beach from the balcony of our room and the hotel gardens, which were very well maintained. Access to the beach via a private staircase. Breakfast was fresh with a good range of food available, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Live "sundowner" music on a couple of evenings too from our Swedish hosts was a nice touch and added to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel was also a good base from which to explore some of the lovely villages just inland in the surrounding hills.

This didn't impact our stay at all, and therefore is more for awareness - there are quite a few stairs and steps to negotiate within the hotel, which comprises a series of linked buildings. Also, while there is on-site parking available at 20 Euros/day, this cannot be reserved (contrary to the information in the booking details). There is alternate safe, free parking down by the beach, which is a 2-minute walk up the private hotel stairs or a 5-minute walk up moderately steep footpath. Details on how to find the off-site parking provided by the Hotel were detailed and totally accurate.

Hotel with excellent view from the terrace, delicious breakfast (variety of fresh and juicy fruit, local meat and cheese, bacon & eggs, desserts) and a very welcoming staff. The rooms have almost everything you need for the hotel near the beach, the cleaning was done every day. The cherry on the top is definitely the location and the view: the breathtaking beauty that you can enjoy in the mornings during breakfast and the whole day long. You can also take the stairs down to the beach using a private access through the gates with a code. One of those amazing and cozy places where we would like to return! Our expectations were exceeded very much (especially taking into account that it is a 2** hotel).

Beautiful view😍Cosy, small botique-hotel with perfect location in Nerja. We had two suite rooms with a rooftop terrace. Outside was a cosy, green garden with four turtles loved by our children. It was really hot during our stay, so we loved the outdoor showers on our rooftop. We stayed for three nights and had great breakfast with the stunning view outside on the terrace. The lovly woman working there, was very helpful and always smiling:) The hotel is above the beach, and with just a walk downed the stairs you can enjoy a nice morning bath in the sea before breakfast 🤩💦☀️

Great location in Nerja. Close to the beach and an easy stroll down to the Balcon De Europa. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great and just what the afternoon called for. Breakfast was delicious. We also reserved a parking spot and it worked wonderfully. We would absolutely stay here again, and hope to do so!

The place is a bit dated, but I think it adds to the charm. There is not an elevator, so something to consider. The step into our tub was quite high, so if you have mobility issues, chose something other than the Double Room with Balcony and Sea View.

The view from the terrace was amazing and the location is ideal. There is a parking in the following street, which is busy but you can be lucky to find a spot. The breakfast had many options and was overall good. The staff is very nice.

The bedroom we had was in the entrance.. so not very romantic and the direct view on the street was a bit uneasy for privacy so we had to shut the curtains by all time. And it could also be a bit noisy but for one night it was okay. If you get the "basic double room" I guess don't expect more.

It has a private access to the beach; the pool and lounge chair area is nice and quiet; the breakfast buffet has something for all tastes; there’s a bathtub jacuzzi in every room; there’s a parking garage and the staff was very accommodating to let us stay until 5pm with the car in the garage.

we had the standard double room and it is right by the front door before the reception! we were afraid it would get loud. we could hear people coming back to the hotel in the evening and then going down for breakfast in the morning around 8:30; but all in all it wasn’t a big issue for us to get a good night sleep and not be bothered by the noise

The property is spectacular. Views for days, lovely pool and hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs to relax. The hosts were also extremely accommodating, we loved our daily included breakfasts. Overall a steal!

It was a little noisy around our room since it was in the first floor next to reception. If you can get one of the upstairs rooms I’d highly recommend it but really not that big of a deal, still had decent sleep!

Literally everything from the moment we stepped into this lovely welcoming environment in which we were greeted with a complimentary drink. Whilst we waited for the room to be ready ( we were early) we sat out at the pool area looking out at spectacular views. We had the penthouse suite room that took our breath away. Huge, very clean and comfortable with an amazing wrap around balcony with plenty of seating and shade. Simply amazing

Lovely little hotel. Personal touch on arrival with how your greeted and a refreshing cold drink offered. Nice breakfast, early breakfast was arranged on our last day as our taxi pick-up was at 8am and breakfast is not served until 8.30am. Small pool but it never felt crowded. Stunning view. Small bar with selection of drinks, icecream and snacks.

There are approx 110 steps down to Burriana beach, great private access but challenging for tired legs at the end of the day. However there is another small beach within walking distance with less climb.

Location location location!!! 😍View from our balcony was stunning! Hotel has its own access to the beach. You can also enjoy hot tub and swimming pool in the beautifully set up garden overlooking the beach. Loads of sunbeds around to soak up the sun while drinking beverages served by lovely reception personnel. Breakfast each morning was excellent, anyone will find something for themselves. Choice of fresh fruits and vegetables was a great addition 👌 Lady at the breakast room was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Our room was cleaned everyday (not like we have expected it) and left spotless. We have met the owners and they are a lovely and bubbly couple! We were even treated to a live music performance at the hotel's terrace with the owner playing and singing himself! What a talented man!We will be back for sure!

Apart from the room decor that felt a bit dated, we loved everything!😍
