Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, but most important: the room was quiet and with excellent climate control, so I slept very well. The room was also very big, with a desk and chair to work on, the bed was very good, the bathroom was great with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and even a bidet.

The only problem was that two days before my arrival the hotel started sending me e-mail and text messages in Spanish about that I should pay in advance (via some fishy webpage where I could leave my credit card details). Just don't do that! The booking is guaranteed via booking.com, where I left my credit card details so that in case I wouldn't show up it would be fully charged; and this was actually pretty stressful: I was already on my way to Oviedo but not sure anymore there would be a room foor me when I would arrive at the hotel.

Ivan at reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was brilliant and very central and close to both the coach and train station. The room was big, spacious, clean. The breakfast was traditional continental breakfast. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more.

My only issue was the water pressure in the shower, it wasn’t strong enough for my taste and I had to keep adjusting the temperature as it’d go hot to cold and vice versa very quickly.

We found the central location to be very convenient. It is lucated minutes from cultural points of interest, shopping, restaurants and parking. Parking is a gift in this city. The ability to pull off in the plaza and unload luggage without blocking traffic is great. Then we were able to pull right into the garage. Super convenient. The road noise is avoided by closing the soundproof el does, but it was nice to be able to let fresh air in. We had a jr. suite that we enjoyed, with a very firm king bed, jacuzzi tub that fit us both, refrigerator and a sitting area with views of the plaza below. We don’t eat breakfast, but there is a bakery one minute from the hotel. We loved the restaurants recommended and the convenient location for bars and shops. There is a laundry one block away. Sara at the reception is a delight and multi-lingual. They allowed you to bring in a tiny very quiet dog for a fee which we gladly paid. We will stay again.

The automatic motion light in the toilet stays on for 10 minutes, which lights up the entire room at night. 2 minutes would have been more than sufficient. We were afraid to get up at night. If we pulled the key, the refrigerator and phone chargers.

The staff really friendly and helpful giving us the essential information, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Located in the center of Oviedo all the attractions and restaurants were easily reachable on foot. The public underground parking was nearby with a discounted price of 11.50 EUR per day. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, they don't offer breakfast, so we have to arrange by ourselves.

The location was absolutely perfect, and the room was a good size. The staff were are all lovely!

The beds were very firm and there was only one pillow for each bed. The bathroom lacked some privacy (there was a hole in the glass door and no fan).

Very helpful staff, he advised me how to get to selected sights, where to buy a travel card, etc. Convenient walking distance from the train and the bus station and the historic center. Good breakfast.

The bed was good although firm, the shower was excellent. The room was small and not much furniture but we could open the windows for fresh air and the room was quiet. A continental breakfast was included.

Location in the very centre of the city, very clean, super polite stuff, was really happy about having a bath tub.

No breakfast available. They said rooms were soundproof, but I think that was for outside noise on the street. I could hear the people in the next room too well.
