The location was unbelievable. You couldn't get better. We were right in the centre of Oviedo with everything on our doorstep. The room was lovely, quiet and incredibly clean. The shower was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, in a hotel. We thought the pool in the spa was included but it isn't. It's an extra €20 for an hour. That's probably the only complaint we had! We asked for a kettle in our room and they brought one up with some herbal teas free of charge. There is a minibar in the room with drinks of water and some alcohol that are the same price as you would be charged in a restaurant or bar. The allowed us to check in early and they have a late check out at 12 which was brilliant. They kept our bags in the hotel until 8pm the day we checked out so we didn't have to drag them around the city on our last day. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Oviedo is stunning and we have never had such delicious food.

We don't really have much to say here. The hotel was amazing. Maybe just be clearer on booking that the pool is part of the spa and incurs an extra charge. It was a bit misleading.

Everything worked really well for us staying at the hotel. We were there for 3 nights. Location was excellent in old town. We hired a car so the hotel parked it for us and when we needed it they brought it to the front of hotel, obviously at a cost but very convenient as there is no free parking nearby. Room was very large and bed enormous! Breakfast very good.

We stayed at hotel over a weekend and street was noisy early hours of morning but there is a shutter that comes down to block window/doors which really helped.

we were very central and a short walk from the Cathedral and old quarter . Room was a bit small but adequate. A chest of drawers would have been useful. However it was quiet and temperature very well maintained. staff very pleasant and responded promptly to our requests. The spa was very enjoyable and we liked the fact that we had it to ourselves for a full hour. it was very clean.

No sitting area outside the room other than the entrance or breakfast room so on a rainy day we felt rather confined.

The location was great. We had windows out on a somewhat busy street but the room had mechanical window covers that could be brought down at night. So really was the best of both worlds, got to be in the middle of the action but shut it out when need be

I came in the morning hoping to just leave my bag with them till check in time, but because the room was ready I got the room straight away The personnel were very kind, helpful and on hand if I needed help with anything (extra bookings, rearranging bookings etc). I got a map of the city and quick instructions in which direction is what

Towels didn't smell very fresh like I'm used to.

Excellent location. I was in an economy room which was at the back of the hotel Which meant it was quiet. The room was well appointed, great aircon and wifi. It had a fridge. The staff at reception were fantastic. We also had valet parking which was a bit expensive but worth it.

No kettle in the room.

We've been travelling for 3 months and had been in lots of hotels; this one was by far the biggest and plushest room for the price. It felt really luxurious but the price is a bargain for a mid-week stay. The location is excellent. And the staff on reception were really nice and helpful (especially with some printing we had to do, which could have been very stressful without their help!). A fantastic hotel.

The only small thing was the slightly see-through glass door for the toilet!

It was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Staff were lovely and helpful. I used the spa facilities and had it to myself for an hour. Returned from my trip feeling relaxed. Would definitely return!

Loved the jacuzzi bath in the bathroom, however the screen wasn’t effective at stopping water escaping onto the floor during use.

Very swish, large room,great location.Lots of very good restaurants and bars around every corner, beautiful park and city.

Impersonal,parking needs planning,best use one of the underground public car parks,not expensive,Pool not available for non spa users, couldn't find any gym facilities,

what an amazing boutique Hotel, fabulous location within steps to the main attractions and bars/restaurants. staff were amazing. the room was lovely, clean and a nice size. shower was great. they even parked our car for us. breakfast was the best of our trip.
