Superb location! Great breakfast included. Loved the fact that the room was twin aspect and had two balconies which was an absolute treat!

We booked an executive room which was generally very nice with separate sleeping and lounge areas BUT between the two was the shower room which had a completely clear door so absolutely no privacy whatsoever. especially as the toilet was in full view! To make it worse the clear view into the toilet was directly opposite the entrance door! Such a shame as opaque glass would have been so much better and certainly would have solved the issue! Also when I booked I asked if we could please have a room with a bath? We got a reply from the hotel to say that they could facilitate this. When I questioned this at reception they said that they didn’t have any rooms with a bath!

Great location within easy walking distance of the Old town. Concierge found us alternative parking when he realised that their link car park was not suitable for our campervan (roof too low). Room very clean with good air conditioning

The cooked part of the breakfast buffet was not fresh, obviously cooked in one go at 7.30am and left to keep warm. One side of our double bed was a bit saggy.

Excellent location - near the Gascona area for cider and Confiteria Rialto and shops and park. Nice bathroom including rainfall shower and heated towel rack. Effective black out curtains.

Car parking is off-site, a few minutes walk away, with a small (20%) discount of around €12 instead of €14/day. Bed was not a double but two large single beds (twin) with a gap in between. I had an injury so had to sleep partly on the floor during the night - bed is relatively soft so watch out if you have back problems but it did not affect my partner.

This hotel is really in the heart of town and we had a super spacious penthouse room with an amazing view. The receptionist was good and made us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable and the linen and the towels were great. We also had a lovely sitting area and plenty of tea/coffee/water. Everything worked superbly well. The garage was just around the corner and very convenient.

There is no light switch in the loo so the light comes on as you enter. That's fine during the day but a nuisance at night. We asked if they could do something about it and the only remedy is to take the key card out of the main switch. It's not really a disaster but perhaps it can be solved.

- middle of city center so everything close by - breakfast was fine (although only white toast bread I think)

- our aircon didn’t work as strong as expected (therefore quite warm still) but with window facing to main road opening these wasn’t an option - available parking was very tight (11€/night very okay though!)

The reception staff was amazing! Friendly, and great dinner recommendations from Jesus!! Our breakfast was delicious and help with our luggage transfer was very professional and fast!

There wasn’t anything that we did not like. They had a mechanical problem with their a/c but they provided us with a fan!! Great room!!

Nice hotel. Room and bathroom were comfortable, having a sofa was a bonus. In an area close to lots of eating and drinking options. Public parking was close to the hotel and quite reasonable with the hotel's discounted rate of 11 Euros. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful

Great central location. Good parking and park area nearby. Short walk to old city, yet also only a few blocks from best gastronomy street. Astute recommendations from front desk people. Enjoyed the moderately-provisioned buffet breakfast. Surprisingly quiet area at night. Look forward to returning to this hotel again.

Location , cleanliness and staff, open outlook was good as was effective aircon.

Lighting in the room was a bit harsh.. some bed side lights rather than ceiling lights only would help lots. Felt a bit stark and cold before bedtime.

Friendly staff although not everyone could communicate well in English. Room was great and spacious, but could be refreshed. Location is great, close to downtime and main attractions. The view, however, was at walls and no balcony
