The breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate as a summer offer. Location is good for all the main central sites and in easy walking distance for able bodied people but beware the hills if you're not!

The hotel is located at the bottom of the central pedestrianised area which is on a hill so every way is up! Unfortunately my wife is disabled so every journey was difficult for her. Also all nearby restuarants/bars were closed/shut down.

Nice hotel, very clean. Staff friendly in person, and I liked that it was staffed 24 hours. Good location, near to the Cathedral. Oviedo is lovely.

Difficult to find. When I asked how to get there reply was that I could take a cab or walk, but I have never been to Oviedo before so didn't know my way around, streets to take would've been helpful. (My phone needs WiFi to function so I couldn't look it up.) Got a good look at the city trying to find it and people on the street were helpful. When I got close someone actually walked me there. Looked like there was breakfast, but maybe that had to be booked before? It wasn't mentioned to me so didn't know it was an option. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Breakfast was good. Room was fine. The staff exceptional. Lost my prescription sunglasses. Sara at the front desk looked at the security video and saw that I had them when we checked in. This allowed me to determine where I had left them. Went to the only place they could be. They were found. Because of her. I’m on the Camino. Would have been a disaster. There was a gentleman who also helped us. Did not get his name. He was working when we arrived.

The room is pretty spacious and comfortable. It also has a small refrigerator which was very appreciated. The water works perfectly and the bathroom is ok. The staff was nice.

The garage is a public one, it's ok, but I think they should say that before you make a reservation. The hotel doesn't have a garage of its own.

The location is perfect. You are in the city center, so actually is quite comfortable to move without a car. There was no breakfast, so we had to go to a bar close by. The room was good for the price and time we were there.

There was no breakfast, so we had to search for a bar/cafeteria on the near places to take breakfast. Parking in Oviedo is tricky, so it was a bit annoying to take care that the car was properly parked, but this is not a thing the hotel can do better.

A convenient location. On the doorstep of the historic part of town. Good facilities for the price, breakfast was included on our stay.

Parking is in a private garage up the hill a bit. Streets around are very narrow and one way, can be a bit tricky to drop your bags off if you are driving.

The room had great temperature. Everything worked as it should, the personal was helpful and very polite and the location was perfect, in the town centre, so close to everywhere we needed to go.

The lack of vegetables at breakfasts.

Front desk and restaurant staff were really great. The Front Desk person gave me helpful Information regarding exploring the town. The breakfast restaurant staff were also very helpful and they kept things well-stocked.

The room was exactly as pictured. Modern bathroom was very nice and roomy.

Very friendly staff that not only welcomed me warmly but also took the time to draw me maps of local hangouts that aren't too touristy and where to go for what food and drinks. Great location, as well, only minutes from anything the city has to offer.

WiFi and water pressure were a little ... lacking.

Great value, great location, clean and friendly. 24 hour reception service was particularly helpful as my train was delayed. Short walk to town hall square, public market hall, cathedral, sidrerias (cider restaurants), coffee shops and bars. Oviedo itself is a fabulous and friendly city. It's waiting to be discovered as Porto was a few years ago.

I've no complaints at all. Breakfast in the hotel wasn't available when I stayed but there are plenty of great options including bakery Valentina opposite the market hall.
