The appartments are in an excellent location, close to the beach and shops. The reception and outside area have recently had a make over which has been well done and there are more sunloungers and a new sunbathing deck on the first floor. The now serve food and cocktails to you on your lounger and these were great. The staff are always excellent and very helpful. It is nice to see the same staff every year.

While the refurbishment is excellent the outdoor pool is now just one you can stand up in for a cool down. Dont expect a pool you can swim in although there is a small indoor pool too if the weather is not so good. The appartments overlook a noisy bar but like all bars the music has to be off at midnight but there are often a few people shouting for a little while after that. The walls of the rooms are not very sound proof so you do hear some noise in the appartment. Reception will sort it for you if it gets too much but if you want a really quiet time dont go in peak season.

Very clean and well maintained hotel with good location. All facilities on site or nearby.

Air conditioning in the apartment was not working very well. The temperature was not possible to get low enough in our opinion and we struggled to sleep at night as the apartment was to hot. Hotel is running a central cooling system and not individual DX unit. Some noise from the pubs nearby but not so much it’s a problem. Some guest at the hotel (like every hotel) like to hijack sun beds around the pool early in the morning and then leave it occupied all day long without using it or being at the hotel. Usually I see them return from the beach late in the evening to pick up their belongings before going back to their apartment. The pool area is not that big and with a small number of beds this is annoying and unnecessary.

Appartment was very comfortable and very clean, exactly as you see on the photos. There was everyting we needed for out 1 week stay. We stayed there as a family (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was absolutely ok. The breakfast was good for the price (12 EUR per person, 6 EUR for children 6-12, children <2 for free). The location is perfect, almost on the beach, near several restaurants, pubs ...

The only objection was that it was not possible to lock the bathroom :-) Threre was a party till 3am for half of nights we stayed in the hotel just under our windows, so maybe check with the hotel stuff in advance, if it is a problem for you.

Excellent Location-well placed for all three local beaches. Staff were helpful and professional. Comfortable beds and living area. Very clean. Lifeguard in pool area. Inside swimming pool/gym/playroom were well kept. We had 5 apartments with balconies and all were in good condition

Small quibbles only--Outside Pool area was smaller than expected and Kitchen would have benefitted from a few more utensils ( chopping board/extra cutlery)

The apartment is very modern and clean with a separate bedroom to the main area consisting of two further single beds and a dining table. The bathroom is clean and modern and the balcony if on a corner is very large again with table and chairs Cleaners come most days and remake the beds and clean the apartment Air on works well and if you intend to cook or prepare foods there’s an assortment of utensils bowls plates and cups also a kettle which is key if you’re British It’s is a stones throw to the beach and to the Main Street the apartment also as invested in widows that once closed block the noise from the outside Two TVs with 5 English channels at 10euro deposit for the remote Holiday Vacation is required which is extra around £2 a day per adult Loads of shops and restaurants nearby also and food delivery if you intend to stay in Great little gem if you can get to stay be aware that this hotels guests are mostly German which can be refreshing at times Two Parents and a 11 year old

The pool area is great as around 20 beds and floats are allowed but no glass which is standard BUT on our stay some people thinks it’s acceptable to drink bottles and leave them at the pool side when they leave which can be dangerous especially when one breaks My issue around this is that the staff don’t check or clean the pool area the bins stayed full for days It would cost nothing to walk around the pool at least once or twice a day to ensure it’s safe and clean for people using the pool This is such a minute issue that can be resolved because this apartment is just ideal and is better than most 4 or 5 star hotels in the same area

- Spacious appartment - cleaning everyday (except Sundays) - you cannot be closer to the beach than here which is very convinient with a small child - very good breakfast (with a changing menu throughout the week)

- the kitchen is big as for such an appartment, but the equipment is realy poor (no cheese gratin, no lids, no basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil) the water in the swimming pool is not heated

Lovely and clean apartment with see view through the pineta. The hotel is less than 5 min to the beach, pubs and shops, however quiet enough considering the location. Breakfast room has been nicely redecorated since last year and offers a great variety of fresh food and drinks. The staff was very helpful and polite. We had a very good stay and will be back next year.

Everything was fine.

Clean, spacious apartment. Great bathroom with drawers for toiletries. Sea view was great and our favourite restaurant Playa 5 is beside apartment. Wardrobe only in bedroom but we use packing cubes so no problem with space. Check in was very fast at 21.50 pm, and we were able to leave cases in our room and get a meal in Playa 5 on our first night which was really nice.

Almost everything was great. Amazing apartment with large balcony and beautiful views on the sea. Modern , cozy and very comfortable. Beautiful evening colorful lightings. Many payer movie tv channels available. Friendly staff. A few steps away from the sea and lively surroundings.

The indoor pool was very cold. The kitchen was missing some essential things for cooking and cleaning.
