THB Felip - Adults Only

In a climate like that in Mallorca in the Summer, the only bedding I need is a single sheet. Unfortunately, there wasn't one in the room. Instead, there was a thin duvet which was far too hot during the night. The only way to sleep at a comfortable temperature was to use the air conditioning, which I was forced to use because there was no sheet. I am extremely aware of the need to slow down global warming and really disliked the unnecessarily enforced use of air conditioning. I would have hoped the hotel would be equally concerned about the environment. I wonder how many nights of not using air conditioning would pay for the sheet.

We had a great stay at the Felip; very friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. Good, tasty and varied food. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a good functioning airco. There is a safe, a minifridge, and the rooms have a balcony (in the main building). There is a gym and a pool. The pleasant beach is right in front of the hotel where you can rent beachbeds (or you can buy a beach umbrella and chairs at one of the many souvenirshops in town). We had s lovely holiday experience at the Felip. Warmly recommended!

True, the pool is rather small (there is not so much the hotel can do about that :)) but the few pool beds are already claimed at 7 am by people who throw their towels on the beds only to come back hours or half a day later. Some additional pool-area rules might be helpful in this regard.

This is my third time in this hotel. Food is excellent and staff always available for everything. This time I was there to celebrate the new year and I have to say the hotel was able to build a great evening for its guests. A big thanks to Sergio, Isabela, Tony and Paco and all the others for the great time.

The hotel has been refurbished whilst closed during Covid. I loved the classic wood in the old rooms but the new rooms are beautifully light and clean. The air con is brilliant. The staff are fabulous. Sara and Jose on reception, Isobel in the dining room to name just a few. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure things are right. We weren’t picked up for our flight until evening and we’re able to keep our room which was really helpful.

An old-fashioned resort hotel with an emphasis on the personal touch. The option for breakfast and dinner is the best choice - excellent buffet service and food with menu options to please virtually everybody. Located across from the beach, a sandy beach with clear sea and leisure boats of all sizes coming and going all day. The rooms at the front provide a balcony with views over the bay and the promenade.

As good as the beach is, it needs more sunbeds, although this is a public beach and not the hotel's responsibility. There is plenty of space on the beach and the shops offer the chance to buy all you need.

Very clean, great location and comfortable rooms with a lovely view from a personal balcony. Free gym, pool, television and WiFi which is all that I required. The hotel manger was the most friendliest host that I've ever come across and even gave us complimentary drinks and a bottle of champagne for my friends birthday. Highley recommended.

Everything was good but the air conditioning was out of service during our stay. I'd like to see this in commission when I return in April which I'm sure that it will be. I'm also a fan of Netflix and would like to see this working in the rooms. All else was a thumbs up.

great location & sea view from room, stall were very friendly & helpful when we discoverer we had left a bag at reception after checking out after 6 days & we able to get it back as we were staying with friends in Manacor

our only criticism would be that the breakfast food under heat lamps was always cold as there’s not enough heat lamps over each individual dish so tomates mushroom eggs bacon were always cold & we couldn’t see microwave to heat it but

The staff are all a credit to the Hotel.

I cannot believe how much I was charged to stay in this 4 star. There are no ramps at all at the Hotel for disabled quests. The bar is closed to all 11pm prompt. Although I was charged in excess of 3,300 euros this did not include any food. I think I have been greatly overcharged.

I was pleased that when I found my room in the annexe had a particularly grim view over an inner courtyard which I couldn't bare to face for five days the reception manager promptly after my first night moved me to an excellent room in the main building - at extra cost of course. I only took breakfast which was a very varied buffet - with real coffee machine coffee, well done for that.

I would say the annexe is not worth the money saving - although I noticed it did have mini- balconies on the street face but just with a view of the back of the main hotel building.

Everybody was helpful and nice. Sometimes, when I stood up from my table to get something from the buffet, I forgot to put my mouth mask on. And than the personnel imediate warned me.. which I think is very alert and professional. But it went all in a nice manner

I had to skip the last to nights and the hotelmanager said that they would accept that if I arranged that online with Booking.com, but Boooking.com does not accept... which is a kind of not that flexible. Booking.com could do better... give people who have to shorten their stay for good reason the opportunity to cancel during their stay, moreover as the hotel has no problem with that.
