The friendly staff

Beds were uncomfortable, no blankets - only a light sheet. The bathroom had a glass door and wall. Although it was no see-through it illuminated a LOT of light into the room if someone was in the bathroom at night or early morning while the other person was trying to sleep. They only have 2 pillows on the bed and the headboard has a 90 degree wooden edge. very uncomfortable if trying to prop up to watch tv or read with only one pillow. We had a difficult time finding the property.

This is a very nice hotel. The free parking is great especially in Granada! There is a bus stop near by (The N5 - But have cash!! They don't accept cards) For a little over a Euro each way you are in town. 24hr hot Drinks in the foyer. And Carrefore round the corner.

There is very little hanging space for your clothes, and your bags and other stuff have to go in the floor. The floor is clean but the windows were suffering from the Sahara sand that had coated everything a while back. But on floor 4 you can see the Sierra Navada.

Well-arranged room, clean sheets, comfortable bed, easily-accessible, multiple power outlets, and unlimited, 24-hr coffee + tea at the breakfast area. Easy access to city center via bus.

It could use a closet, but then those rooms are compact enough already, so they had to do away with those. Room is still spacious enough to allow free movement.

The room was a good size,beds comfortable. We did have trouble getting the heater to work once it started to heat up it would then make a really loud noise so we had to turn it off. We reported it to reception. reception staff very nice friendly and very helpful, love the free coffee. Thought the breakfast overpriced and not very good, would not recommend. Good safe and secure underground car parking with direct access into the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a nice view of the mountains. The location was excellent.

The fire alarm went off at about 4am. That was a bit stressful and it was difficult to fall asleep after leading to a poor night's sleep. Please upgrade the toilet paper. It's very very uncomfortable.

The building & the rooms are beautifully clean & modern. Comfy bed & spacious bathroom. Great location with shops, food options & supermarkets at your doorstep. Well connected to Granada centre & only a 15-20 drive to the Alhambra. Lots of street parking around the hotel. Easy check in & check out process.

The hairdryer in our room didn’t work.

Migel Angel at the Front desk helped me out with a few questions i had and helped me to change my room because i asked for a quieter room at the end of the hallway. This was very important to me because i have a small dog. He was very helpful and top motivated, Muchas gracias!

The hotel has a free parking if you ever have a car and you are in visit to granada

Pillows are not comfortable

Basic, but clean and adequate. Good 6 Euro breakfast, convinient 24hr coffee facility. Staff work pretty hard to keep buffet breakfast running and the tables clean. Secure and free onsite parking. Hotel is far from ancient city, 30min by bus N5 or 10min drive. Overall good 2-3 star hotel.

The staff was great! Amazingly cordial and gave us ceramic cups not to use the single-use cups. Breakfast was also great value for money.

The area is not very nice. The hotel cannot be blamed for this but as an important chain it could lobby the local council to take better care of the area. The nearby fields are full of trash while Spain is generally clean. The walls of the room gave off hints of stale cigarette smoke. While smoking is not allowed in rooms, this should be enforced (sprinklers?)
