This was one of the best places I ever stayed at: though a guesthouse per definition it had the feeling of a carefully designed and decorated boutique hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and in perfect working condition; it almost looked new. The room was tastefully furbished, had an aircon and a hairdryer. There was a little terrace in front with 2 chairs and a table. From there you could look over the old city wall and be sheltered from the wind. In the common area there was a kettle provided. Breakfast was available (€5 per person) and nicely arranged. It was possible to buy beer and wine and use the kitchen’s glasses. Sam, who was in charge, allowed to drop my stuff in my room though I was much too early for check in. He was very friendly, funny and helpful and spoke excellent English. I definitely want to come back and explore more of Ronda’s surroundings and to enjoy this beautiful guesthouse.

We were looking for an overnight stay while coming from the mountains and we loved our stay there! Clean and warm apartment with a pretty view (Room D), and a cute little balcony, located behind the historical walls of Ronda. Breakfast was simple yet fulfilling, and overall a good value for the price. The only issue was parking as some reviews mention, but there is not much that can be done about. It was quite a challenge to find a spot in the square nearby (we arrived Sunday afternoon, not the best time...), we were driving at least five times around to find our luck. Consider paid parking in the garages in the center if you want to avoid this hustle, otherwise avoid yellow lines, and good luck!

It was simple, clean and thoughtfully decorated. Even the way the electrical for the A/C was installed was restrained and careful. The well chosen tapestries were not overdone. I loved the moorish ceiling lights and wall sconces. The sheets were quite simply the best cotton I have slept in. 1200 count? Everything worked beautifully. The gentleman who managed our stay was cheerful and professional. Breakfast was fresh and simple: fruit, bread, yogurt, coffee, and a boiled egg to send us on our way.

The guesthouse is very cosy, clean, elegant and pleasantly furnished. Our room was spacious and we had access to a small patio. The room was very clean. It offered TV and WiFi. There was also a kitchen available for the guests, where you could make yourself coffee or tea. There was a possibility to buy beakfast, as well as bier, water and some refreshments. Everything was really great, except for the lack of parking.

The guesthouse doesn't have its own parking place. Finding a parking place is a nightmare. We arrived at 2 p.m. and the only free place that we could find was near the train station, about 2 kms from the hotel. So we walked around the city and later in the evening, after driving around again, we found a parking place on the square, about 150 meters from the guesthouse, but still it wasn't easy.

Excellent Location - easy walk to all the sights - Directions on how to reach the guesthouse would be advantage as difficult to find in car.Lovely decor in rooms - my only complaint would be we needed extra pillow and it was too late to ask once we realised as it was after 18.30 when the owner was not available They room and bathroom were very neat and clean Definitely recommend!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location for sightseeing but was quite a walk from the train station when I first arrived. Less than €10 in a taxi though so I would recommend that. Loved being in the old town & it was quieter than other areas. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Ronda is very touristy of course but is a stunning location to visit.

Distance from train station if walking with luggage. It's definitely doable but I would try & get a taxi next time.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and proactive in helping us. The most amazing thing is that I left some valuables including my passport and a watch inadvertently in the room. The staff found them and returned them to me without any request for gratuity or anything. I was able to show my sincere appreciation with a gratuity. Great staff!

Difficult to get there with transportation.

Quaintly decorated with a mix of Mediterranean and North African decor. While there was no fridge or kettle in the room, there were shared facilities like fridge, microwave oven, and “honest corner” of goodies. Very homely feeling. Served a great continental breakfast upon request and at a small fee per person. Sam, the owner and host was a delightful gentleman who served breakfast. Great service!!

We would have preferred that the floor was not as dusty. But that’s just me.

We booked 2 double rooms for one night. Both rooms were fairly basic but were spacious, clean and comfortable with air con. En-suite bathrooms were a good size, clean and modern. One of the rooms had a small balcony with a lovely view over the hills. There was a communal living area and kitchen (which we didn’t use). Not in the centre of town but a short walk away. Excellent value for money and perfect for what we needed. Host was friendly and amenable.

Ideal position for sightseeing, quiet area after a busy day, free tea and coffee and honesty bar for bottled water, wine, beer etc at very reasonable prices. Option for breakfast if you wanted it. Lovely decor and Sam was very helpful. Amazing restaurant at the end of the street and a lovely Moroccan cafe / deli at the other end.

Better shower, extra pillows and somewhere to put suitcases rather than having to open them on the floor.
