Unbeatable location by the gorge. If it wasn’t for the location and views there would be nothing special about this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was rubbish. Terrible coffee from a giant thermos. No cold milk. Cold slices of omelette. Only fruit juice was orange and it wasn’t the best. Unripe whole fruits, no fruit salad. The rolls, ham, cheese, tomato and oil were fine. But having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the gorge in sunshine was fantastic. Central location also fantastic. Evening meal was good at the restaurant. Room, shower all good.

The location is superb. You cannot wish for more. The room was very spacious, beyond expectations. The check-in and check-out process was quick and painless.

Wi-Fi didn't work 80% of the time – DNS errors and lags. I had to fall back to my data roaming, fortunately free. The street was too noisy, and no noise isolation was provided - they could at least include earplugs. The room was advertised as "with a balcony", but instead, it was just a fence, no balcony. There are no perks in the room that I would expect from any four-star hotel: no kettle, no water, no safe, no fridge, not even a cupboard. Rolling blinds were broken and hardly working.

The position of our room overlooking the bridge was fabulous. A stunning view from the small balcony both during the day and at night. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked well. The hotel is a more traditional style, not fancy but quirky and with interesting corridors. You use two different lifts to access the rooms. Location is unique. We had a nice evening meal on the hotel restaurant terrace overlooking the bridge. The hotel nearby, that is opposite the bullring, has a lovely roof terrace looking into the bullring and the views beyond - fabulous for an afternoon/evening drink. A great stay at Hotel Don Miguel in a very interesting town - Ronda is a must visit if you like history and stunning views.

The morning breakfast in the hotel was limited but there are plenty of places nearby to have breakfast. Make sure to book a room with large windows and a balcony that overlooks the bridge.

The location is what the most valuable for this hotel, beds are very comfortable. Parking at hotel.s parking garage is a plus even daily rate 18 is little over priced. The breakfast is OK on variety.

Young lady in front desk doesn’t speak English very well, don’t understand what we wanted, the cold face. Other two men are much nicer. The breakfast is prepared the night before, even eggs are cold. I arrived early before the worker

Location next to Puerta Nuevo with incredible views at night! Stayed in the Annex building for two nights super clean and very secure! Oversized room by European standards with comfortable bed, memory foam pillows, two chairs, luggage rack, ample space to hang clothes and AC that worked well but seemed to be on a motion sensor so at night it did shut off? Huge bathroom with dual sinks and walkin rainshower. Parking off-site (walkable) fee of 15 euros per day. Restaurant location and view breath-taking, great service, food and bar all fairly priced. Shopping, restaurants, cafe's and tourist venues all walkable and staying over is a must .... you get the energy of the tourist buzz when the busses arrive during the day but at night the area becomes a little place to have dinner outside and nice evening walk. Highly recommend and probably the vest value fir your $$ in all of Spain!

great location, cannot beat the view! the staff was nice.

the breakfast which we purchased only one day because it was terrible. especially the very weak coffee not at all up to the standards of the wonderful coffee in Spain. and, there was an espresso machine there but you could not even pay for “real coffee” for breakfast. And, if you are not willing to purchase the awful breakfast, you have to get coffee elsewhere outside the hotel. this is the reason we gave a rating of 8 instead of 10. also, we always appreciate having a small refrigerator in our room.

A beautiful place, right next to the "famous" ravine. A very nice receptionist who advised me a tapas bar (where locals go), Fiat cinquecento price category :))) A rich breakfast with a beautiful view of the bridge and the ravine.

I thought I would have a city view from my room. Instead, I had a room in a house in the street next to the hotel, on the ground floor with view to the corridor of the hotel. But there's probably nothing you can do about it :)

The view of our room was really amazing (and we paid more for this of course) but they should let us know that the bedroom is an old one, just the bathroom was renewed. Other than that, the hotel was very well located with a restaurant with an amazing view That’s an elevator that is Great to help with the bags

The room with the view to the puente is very old. We had other part of the family staying in rooms without view but much more spacious, modern, comfortable with better bathrooms. So if you don’t mind about the view you should go for the cheaper rooms without the view they are much better. No parking or reservations you have to find a spot in the city on your own

The location is exceptional. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The hotel car parking is very close & is good value. The room with the balcony is worth the upgrade because the view of the gorge & bridge is fantastic. The lunch on the hotel terrace with the wide choice menu was perfect. A return visit is planned for next year.

There is nothing to dislike about the hotel and staff.

This is a property run by a family. It, like almost all city hotels is in an older building...this one is next to the New Bridge. I went for the balcony room where I could look out at the bridge and it was wonderful during the day and beautiful at night. A main plaza is right there. I stayed 6 nights and 7 days....it was just wonderful and the staff were the best- they all wanted to be there.
