Hotel is a beautiful building in a great location in the quieter part of the town (though it is next to a fairly busy road). The person who greeted us on arrival and escorted us to our room was very friendly. We had a large and comfortable room with a great view and a very large, beautifully tiled bathroom. We ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and there was a great choice of wine served by the glass so you could have a different wine with each course. We arrived by bike and were able to put our bikes in the store room overnight.

We arrived on a busy Friday afternoon and had to wait a while before we could check in to our room. The al a carte breakfast (included in the price of our booking) was very good but service was a little slow and we weren't asked if we wanted anything else after our main dish.

Excellent hotel in great location within 100 meters of the famous bridge in Ronda. Lovely hotel with an old-world feel and charm. Lovely welcome from the staff who were more than helpful. It was my partner's birthday so helpful make a fuss of them at breakfast, which was also very good! Apart from the perfect location, a lovely outside terrace to eat and drink late into the night which seemed very popular with hotel residents and people just enjoying the town.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel. We would return and it would be our first choice. Happy to reccomend it to others.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Great value for money, the hotel has an amazing design, the cleaning was 10/10, the room and bathroom looked great, the hotel location is so close to the new bridge. And the breakfast was really good, plenty of dishes that we could choose from the menu. Also the reception staff was really nice. They were so nice, respectful and helpful. What else could we ask for? ❤️ This hotel was just like the whole city of Ronda: spectacular!

No complaints. 😊 just fyi: If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the back of the hotel. It tends to be a bit noisy in the night.

Well friends, this hotel was great! My partner and I had a long trip around Andalusia and this was by far the best accommodation we had. The room was cozy, clean and comforting. Everything worked properly. It was clean as clean can be. The personal was very warm and friendly, very helpful and really adorable. The interior design is great also. So is the building itself. But the main thing that enchanted us was the breakfast. You can order anything on a menu that is so tasty and well cook. And the city, oh, what a treat! Thank you so much, Hotel Hemingway! We are coming back for sure!

Great location within easy walking distance to all sights. Staff are exceptional - friendly, courteous and professional. The overall standard is consistently high throughout providing a relaxed and comfortable stay. Al à carte breakfast options were good as was the coffee.

The bed was closer to a standard double so a bit smaller than typically provided these days but the age of the building and room size no doubt determines this. Parking is an issue especially when you arrive and want to drop off bags, the arrangement with an underground carpark at the far end of the main street was helpful but it would have been easier to have the 2 hotel spaces kept clear for drop off only.

A beautiful hotel in a traditional style furnished with lovely dark-wood, in keeping with the old-world style. Comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed in the room. A delicious breakfast was included in the adjacent wine bar Pura Cepa. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

The only negative is lack of on-site parking, but on enquiry before arrival I was given the name of a parking garage only a short walk away with a discounted rate for residents of the hotel. There is a drop off point for unloading bags on the opposite side of the main street to the hotel - do not make the mistake we did and take the turning next to the hotel, as you will end up in the maze of narrow streets in the old town!

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and enthusiastic. We were welcomed with a coffee and an explanation of the connection to Ernest Hemingway. There was no minibar but a waiter brought us a complementary water. The wonderful breakfast, which we chose from a menu, was included and was served on the terrace.

Everything was fantastic, but as our room faced the street, it could possibly be noisy at night in high season. Being in a conservation area, the windows are not double glazed, although the receptionist told us the owners intend to address the issue. We had no problem and had a great night’s sleep.

The hotel is really wonderful. It is well located. The staff is extremely kind and they also upgraded the room for the same price. The room is really nice, big, clean and with a very nice view. The night is fresher than the day and it is possible to sleep with open windows switching off the air conditioning that, in any case, is really silent. The breakfast includes is delicious and the staff very nice in taking care of your needs and request. Very recommended. It has been the best hotel in our tour in Andalusia we have been in.

The hotel is located on the main street of Ronda, in the very center, steps away from the Ponte Nuevo, and within short distance from most attractions (Ronda is not a big city!). Staff were great. Nicely appointed room (#10), with a street view. Very spacious bathroom. Excellent complementary breakfast, a la carte. Very nice wine bar at the hotel. A bevy of wonderful restaurants within 10 min radius. 5 min taxi drive to the bus station.

The walls are extremely thin, we could hear the people in the next room crystal clear.

We’ve stayed in several different places and towns during our stay In Andulucia for the last week and this has been the best place so far - as a whole package - it’s in a great location, the beds are super comfy and the pillows, very clean and the staff very attentive. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of different foods to suit all. Parking is a short walk away (like everywhere in the towns) but the hotel offers a small discount which I think is fair. Mini bar and they have a coffee machine and a kettle (for us tea drinkers) lol. All in all definitely would stay here again. Thank you ladies on the reception desk.
