Nice room. great location. very clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel, doesn’t have swimming pool, bar, gym, spa, or other amenities. but good for a short stay.

paid parking. for what you pay, parking should be included for guests. or put that as an option during reservation. breakfast could be better

The hotel was in a great location. All of the attractions were within walking distance and there were many great restaurants nearby to choose from. The room was a little small but well laid out and had everything you need. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of counterspace for toiletries. We had a room on the top floor, facing the street and it was quiet and nice to have the view of the foothills. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room could have been a little larger but it was ok. While there was an electric kettle, there were only tea bags, no coffee. There was really nothing to complain about.

The hotel is over the bridge from the older part of town, but it only takes a couple of minutes to get to the sites. It's a few minutes from the Bull Ring and riding museum which is well worth a visit. The room was good and the staff very friendly. If you book parking, my tip is to let the staff park the car for you! It's a small car park and with modern over-sized cars, can be a bit of a challenge for even the best driver! Save yourself the hassle.

Nothing to dislike. We only stayed one night and didn't eat in the hotel, so can't comment on that.

The location is excellent. Centrally located, right opposite the bullring. The hotel has been renovated not many years ago and is looking good with the white tone. It is clean and is deservedly a 4 stars hotel. I like the modern, practical look of the hotel. We can tell that it's one of the best valued hotels in Ronda because lots of tourists were flocking in constantly. The male frontdesk person with skinhead look and spoke near perfect English (forgot his name) was very helpful eventhough he has to do everything on his own, was the only staff there on standby at most of the time, working 12 hours shift. He was even being the valet, taking or bringing our car. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves from his manager. There's parking at the hotel itself.

The sudden influx of German tourists of about 20 or so at one point. The parking is very very narrow especially for medium to big car or a van. I had to make many 3 way turns and that was also with a spotter. No wonder, the frontdesk man was kind enough to be the valet, because he understands how hard it is to park underground in that limited space. Plus I think the parking wasn't free, even for hotel guests, if I remember correctly.

Liked having a choice of soft or hard pillows, both my husband and I had our preferred. Breakfast is very good, lots of selections. We stayed here in 2006, so our first choice in returning to our very most favorite place, Ronda again. the location is perfect for exploring the town. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the hotel has a very convenient parking garage.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Ronda, convenient and within walking distance of everything. Car parking was a real bonus and a lovely person was there to welcome us and parked the car for us. Checkin was efficient. Room was lovely, nice touch with coffee/tea and very clean. Bathroom was excellent but was concerned about the slippery bath, in getting in/out for shower. Breakfast was very good, plentiful and upstairs bar and restaurant were excellent, and lounge area was lovely. All in all, a brilliant stay

Impeccably clean, comfortable rooms, parking, excellent location (across the road from the bullring) - parking the car for us at no charge was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Also liked the fact that breakfast was an optional add on rather than inclusive - this gives flexibility to try different dining options

The staff seemed a little rushed when we were coming and going but that could r be helped given the numbers of people checking in and out at the time…

Fabulous location just opposite the famous bullring and a few hundred yards from "the bridge"! It was also very close to a long pedestrianised shopping boulevard. The hotel was extremely comfortable and reception staff were really helpful too. Great breakfast in their dining room in the morning. The room was very comfortable with a separate seating area, which we didn't really use as we were out and about explong when we were in Ronda.

Parking in Ronda is horrific. The parking at this hotel is very tight, but don't worry. Just leave yor car at the front and ask at reception for someone to park it for you. It's as easy as that. And it's all done with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, the shower hot and powerful, the staff helpful. They gave us advice and a map and recommendations of local restaurants. Breakfast in thr morning was extensive and of high quality.

Safe underground parking for our motorcycles (with easy ramp!). And the lift goes to the garage. Lovely clean room with separate seating area. Comfortable bed. Good over bath shower. We didn’t have breakfast and found a café round the corner no problem. The hotel is very close to the Bull Ring and all Ronda’s attractions
