We liked the friendly staff and the overall look of the hotel, clean, modern, lovely bar and veranda.

Booking advertises this, as a hotel that offers free shuttle to and from the airport, this is one of the reasons why I chose it. However it fails to mention that it's only at certain times of the day, as my booking was confirmed I received an email with the shuttle timetable, which highlighted a big gap between 11.30am and 6pm, which meant we had to pay €25 for a 9minute taxy ride.

The super staff beginning with Reception through cleaning and staff in the rooms and restaurants, even the renovation workers who went out of their way to accommodate me, an 81 year old legally blind person in such a cheerful manner - the bed was VERY uncomfortable and the shower perfect water force. No braille menu, or information in the rooms- However, as noted, everyone was accommodating without seeming bothered-felt like family!

3 of us staying in 1 room. The room was still large enough with the extra bed. Very confy bed. Good a/c. We all had a very good night sleep. Used the shuttle from and to the airport. You receive the timetable for the hourney airport-hotel when you book and have to book with reception to take it from the hotel to the airport. Both times, it ran on time and stress free. The hotel is in the middle of a commercial zone, in the middle of nowhere. The commercial centre has a few restaurants and cafés. We chose to have our evening meal there and check out the shops.

Nothing. I read some reviews stating that it was dirty but I didn't experience that. On the contrary, our bedroom was spotless.

Included airport shuttle. Even though we arrived 1-2am to Barca, they were able to accommodate the late check in and allowed us to check out at noon. We were done and gone by 11:30 am. It was a very short stay as we were boarding a cruise. The shuttle service was great but just the communication where to pick up the shuttle can be a little more concise as they told us to wait find the outside parking and goto G6. There were two G6's and were waited at the wrong one. Driver found us after a short while.

Wish they would offer free shuttle to the port just like they had airport transfer. I saw you can book a room with shuttle but that was not an option for us when we booked. Cab worked though.

The rooms were incredible value. But more then that, the staff really went out if their way to accommodate my family ensuring we had rooms next to each other. We only stayed one night as a way to be close to the airport for an early flight, but we got more than expected. The rooms were so clean and incredibly comfortable. Very modern rooms. Would really recommend

As expected with most hotel buffets, the food was just ok, but for what we got was very good value and meant we didn't need to go to McDonald's across the carpark. We even got a glass of wine included with the meal deal.

Before booking I reached out about the shuttle offered by the hotel. From that first communication to our 3:00 AM departure, the staff was exceptionally helpful and communicative. This was our last night in Spain and we only need a place to try and sleep and a ride to the airport. They did a great job. The hotel is situated in a mall and offers little other than proximity to the airport. Great room, quite place, was able to get dinner at the supermarket in the mall. The shuttle was easy to schedule and took us at the time exceptionally early time that we desired.

The hotel was expensive. Maybe I booked late, maybe it was a busy Tuesday, maybe it's just the closeness to the airport, but this hotel was much more expensive than most of the other places we stayed in Spain.

The hotel is close to the airport, next to a large shopping center and a bus stop from which you can take a bus directly to the center of Barcelona. The reception staff is very polite and friendly. It is very convenient that there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. We arrived outside the bus schedule, but called the reception and they kindly sent a shuttle bus for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing is a bit more variety for breakfast and tastier scrambled eggs although the pastries were great.

Room, facilities (including the bathrobes and slippers), restaurant on site, free shuttle to the airport, big shopping centre next door. Very spacious hotel with multiple areas to relax inside and outside. Our rooms had free spa access however we did not use it. Buffet dinner offered great selection for a three course meal with a drink included.

Check in took a long time, just for us a group of four checking in to two rooms took around 30 minutes (that was not counting the queuing up). Bedding was heavy on the polyester for some of us with sensitive skin but of course this is just personal preference.

I arrived at the airport past midnight, the airport shuttle turned up as expected and was a welcome site. Directions for finding the shuttle were good, but a note on the bus stop itself would have been helpful. As a 1 night stay, i didn't really have opportunity to use hotel facilities, but breakfast was fine and typical of a hotel of this size.

The run in the airport shuttle was longer than I expected. From terminal 1 we went via terminal 2, and it seemed a good 10-15 minutes just between terminals.

The location is perfect near to airport and free shuttle caught my eye on this fabulous hotel. The Spa facilites are top. It's either included in room price or pay extra. It's worth it. Didn't use restaurant but did use bar. I liked the elevator security. Safe for anyone traveling. I think of all the airport hotels It's the best for me.

I could not complain about a think. Oh yes no luggage trolleys. Important to get a few for travelers to use and return. All and all still great stay. Going back again already on my trip back to Barcelona. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
