The receptionist all spoke very good English . The room was spacious with two opening windows. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping lady's were very friendly and did a great job. Rooms are serviced daily. The Breakfast was good, the guy in Cafe is a really nice guy....and makes a great Spanish omelette and coffee. Many excellent bars around the corner.! Will definitely recommend and return one day !!

Excellent location a short walk to the bus and train terminal, with local supermarkets and bars nearby. The bathroom is dated but perfectly clean. The room was quiet and looked into a central lightwell for the building; we left the windows open all night and were quite comfortable. The reception gave us a second pillow as well, since the bed comes with a single long pillow that stretches side to side.

Clean, well-maintained and friendly hotel. Located approximately a 7 minute walk away from the main train / bus station and approximately 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Spacious rooms and located within a short distance of supermarkets, cafe-bars and restaurants. Authentic local neighborhood vibe instead of "tourist area" - which was great!

Only complaint was the TV was a bit small!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hotel San Glorio. It's in a great location for exploring the area being close to both the train and bus stations. It is only a 2 star hotel so lacks some refinements, but was fine for us. It is clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Having only used the Hotel as a place to sleep it is hard to find any fault.

The location of the Hotel was the main reason we chose it as it is close to the train and bus stations. Also it is within walking distance of the main sites - such as the Botin Centre, main market and the Cathedral. We liked the bar which is part of the Hotel ,and can recommend it for morning coffee, sandwiches and for a late drink in the evening.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to be able to make tea.

Located 10 minutes walk from the central bus station. The room was clean, regular size, with comfortable beds. The staff was exceptionally kind and nothing was a bother for them. Wifi worked well. Highly recommended.

The TV was ridiculously small but nothing is perfect. They were doing words at the time so there was a lot of banging in the morning.

It was close to the city center, supermarket is in 3 minutes, quiet room, helpful staff.

There was no air conditioning and it was difficult to ventilate the room, fortunately it was not hot, so it did not cause any particular problems. A small fridge would be good. The water in the shower was a little difficult to come.

Absolutely private. Quiet and peaceful rooms. Spotless clean even though nothing there is brand-new bit everything is kept and maintained well preserved and clean.

The location is not the best. As most of the sightseeings are on the other end of the city. But is very convenient, there are loads of local shops and you can get closer to the day to day activities of the city as it's not so touristic surrounds.

Spacious room, comfortable beds. enough surfaces to put our "bits and pieces" on. Decent bathroom, shower temperature easily adjusted. I asked for a quiet room, and was given one (the room overlooked an internal open space, not the road, and was at the far end of the corridor). Excellent location for access to train station and ferry terminal on foot. Very reasonable price. No frills but everything you need.

Conveniently located only a few minutes from bus and train stations. Very smart room, reasonable size. Bathroom had a bath as well as shower facilities. Hotel very clean. Reception staff called me by first name as I entered, so had obviously made note of the booking. Didn't have breakfast as had a couple of early starts.
