We stayed here one night before moving on to Sanexenxo. Our flight got in quite late so opted for airport hotel. Couldn't get taxi at airport (extremely long que) but realised that the buses pulling up were hotel buses so showed driver hotel and he said he would take us there for €1 each (cash only) dropped us of about minute walk away. Massive relief to finally arrive at hotel at 1am. The receptionist had limited English and us limited Spanish but he was extremely friendly and accommodating, agreed to make us a sandwich as we were hungry after long day travelling which we were extremely grateful for! Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Zip line outside and basketball court daughter made use of in morning before left.

Limited time we were there saw no fault.

We ate dinner in the restaurant and the meal was superb: really delicious and beautifully presented. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special meal. I also really liked that I could bring my dog, as no other hotels on Booking.com near the airport offered this option and it was very convenient for me. I had to take my mum to the airport at 4.15am but this was no problem for the hotel. We paid for our dinner and our room the night before and everything was sorted in the morning for us just to sign out and leave. They offer a free airport shuttle but we didn't need this because I had my car.

The hotel was noisy during the night so I didn't sleep very well. I could hear the traffic, and the sounds of other guests moving around the hotel and using their facilities. However, I am very sensitive to noise and always have this problem when I stay in a hotel so others may not have this problem.

Dog friendly accommodation in Lavacolla - with another dog-friendly accommodation closed, this is perhaps the only one in the area? For those doing the Camino Frances, I recommend staying in Lavacolla on your last day before arriving in Santiago! This has a "business hotel" or "airport hotel" feel to it. Clean beds and bathroom. Although it was one of the few places we have stayed where there was no option to hang your clothes to dry! So I got to use my washing line :) Alternatively, you can use the chairs in your room to hang your clothes to dry. Delicious dinner, very large portion. So we had to "doggy bag" our leftovers. To the delight of my dog (!) So this gets a 10/10 from my fur baby.

It is a hotel and I think its maint clientele are non-pilgrims. So it lacks the albergue/pilgrim spirit, but it wasn't trying to be a pilgrim albergue in the first place. During dinner, service was slow. There were a few staffs working, and not many diners, I calculated it was about 2 tables per staff, and yet service was very slow.

The staff really went above and beyond. Our flight was delayed and we didn't land until the early hours of the morning. The manager still came out to pick us up from the airport. I couldn't have asked for better service. The rooms were clean and spacious, the showers were great, and the breakfast was lovely local fare.

The location is a bit rural, so it would be difficult to get to and from if not for the hotel's shuttle service. It's on the Camino though, so I imagine it's a perfect location for most guests!

This hotel is a bit of an off choice for pilgrims as it's not really on the camino, however, the rooms and facilities are a nice break from the standard albergues and hostels. My room was on the top floor and was absolutely huge. A true luxury to be able to spread out my meager belongings and fully repack everything for the final walk into Santiago. The tub was amazing and the room was cool and dark.

The staff was preparing for a wedding or a celebration of some sort, so getting lunch was a bit of a struggle. That being said, the restaurant was good, if somewhat over priced.

It was near the airport and they provided a free shuttle to the airport very early in the morning. We enjoyed a delicious meal in their restaurant. There was a lift. The A/C worked well. The staff were very helpful.

Taking the bus from Santiago resulted in a fairly distant walk from the bus stop to the hotel in the heat of the afternoon - not their fault

The breakfast, not included, was good and was very convenient for the airport and on the bus route into the city.

The hotel is a bit old school, the room was big but for that price I expected at least a balcony or something like that, there was a lot of noise on the back of the hotel too and the TV was very old and not able to change the language settings.

Attention both from the front desk lady and the gentleman in the cafeteria-bar was superb. Regarding food, we did not use the restaurant but had a couple of appetizers in the bar and they were fine. The hotel is very close to the airport so it was perfect for our early morning flight. It also has a large free car park.

We arrived late at the airport but the hotel was still happy and very efficient at sending us the free minibus transfer. We were given a good welcome and able to have a drink just 10mins before the bar closed. Rooms huge and a little unusual and very clean. Breakfast fine.

The hotel has front desk reception, complimentary transfer to the airport, a very good restaurant, and well furnished, up to date rooms. The hotel rooms have comfortable beds, great pillows, and well-appointed bathrooms with ample towels.
