The staff was really friendly and helpful with everything.

Even though the city center was not so close, it was really easy to get there either by bus (20 minutes) or walking (40 minutes). The only thing I would recommend to improve are the beds, they were too soft (extremely soft) where it wasn’t comfortable at times.

Lovely and quiet for sleeping. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. The air con worked well, which is important to us. Breakfast was very plentiful and good.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We are from England and a choice of English tea would have been lovely for breakfast.

The room was beautifully decorated and had some nice end finishes. The beds were very comfortable and I was impressed with the breakfast that was provided at the hotel.

The worst part about staying at this specific hotel was the distance away from the center. It was a little difficult to get to and from the old part of Santiago from here, but the public transportation (bus and taxi) worked well to do the job.

for my purpose nothing actually, the location forced me to walk 3.5 km twice to reach the Cathedral, but if you look closely at the location of the latter, you realize that something much closer would not exist, at least not in the quality of this hotel!

This hotel was a great choice on a weekend getaway in Santiago de Compostela. We (a couple with a kid) spent two days visiting the city and stayed one night at the hotel. It is spotless clean, is modern (is a business hotel) and has all the amenities (including an indoor garage that was very convenient on a chilly autumn night). The room is spacious, the beds very comfortable and it has a large bathroom. The breakfast was also very, very good. The hotel is at a short driving distance from the city historical center.

The room, although big and comfortable, has only two power outlets. One beside the bed and one behind the TV. It's unthinkable that, nowadays, a person does not have a few electronics to charge overnight. It should have at least one power outlet beside each "sleeping spot" (we were three guests).

Convenient parking at the hotel. Walking distance to the historic center of Santiago via the historic pathway. Nice room window fully opening with full sights into the hills surrounding the city. Hotel located a short distance from the mayor highways. Rooms are good sized with comfortable beds, modern look and feel, bars and restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Bad breakfast buffet. Would have liked a bar to hang out, relax and have tapas at the hotel. Having a pool and a gym would have been a plus.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had a decent breakfast. No frills, but what really set them apart was their superior customer service and staff. My son had an unexpected stomach bug in the night, causing a huge mess to the bed and sheets. The receptionist was as nice as possible but I was unable to communicate what we needed (cleaning supplies, new sheets) to her because of a language barrier, and she called her supervisor. The manager, Naeana, RETURNED FROM HER HOME, to mitigate the language barrier and help us get situated, and also helped clean the mess. This was far above and beyond what we expected, and we were so grateful. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional staff.

Poor wifi (this is not something one would expect in a 4* hotel) comfy beds but not for couples (two single beds put together but there was no way to ‘secure’ them together and because each bed had little wheels they where moving apart).

It waa clean and comfortable Exactly what you expect from a business hotel.. not far from the city. We had a very good rest.
