Great location, nice to have an area to chill and watch tv and have dinner. Bright modern apartments and easy to access. Decent sized fridge and kitchen amenities.

It could have been a bit cleaner, the shower definitely was not cleaned properly before us. The AC units clearly are not cleaned well at all either as I became very ill after only one night of sleeping with the AC on (window in bedroom didn’t open so not many other options). I thought it was strange that they do 2 single beds rather than double beds and don’t say anything in advance. Stayed on the weekend and there’s quite a loud bar nearby that goes on til early hours of the morning

Spacious apartment, easy check in despite arriving a little later than usual. Could have and should have stayed longer. Although I never met anyone working for the apartment, WhatsApp was easy to reach them. Location is great also, just in the right place to so many places.

Expecting it to be hotter (I'm from the UK), I left the windows open on the first night. You only need one or 2 people in either of the bars to speak at medium volume for it to echo around the set of buildings around the apartment. This carried on til 4 in the morning which I later realised was because of the nightclub downstairs. Suspect the club is below ground level as I couldn't hear music. The windows / doors when closed blocked out sound very well and air con is easy to use so this offsets that problem but it should be noted also.

We loved how cheap it was for a 5 nights accommodation and the location is great because we were near everything : the basic fit gym, the shops, the groceries, the monuments. Bonus : the building always smells nice. We also love the fact that the bedroom was separated.

Could’ve had extra toilet paper and towels ; and have oil, pepper and salt in the kitchen to cook because it’s such a waste of money to buy those especially for those who only stay up to 3 nights i suppose.

I liked the decoration & the design of the room. The lights was wonderful. The small kitchen was helpful.

The kitchen need boiling cattel to prepare tea & coffee. knifes were bad, need change.

Good location to be close to touristic spots.

Nightclub near by- even though we were on 4th floor, still hear it. Also there’s construction going on next door so they start ‘singing’ at 7am. As is considered an apartment for a longer term (cleaning only every 3 days, same for change of towels) it is a shame there’s no washing machine. There’s a laundrette 3 mins walk though.

The apartment was a great size, and was well equipped.

There was no tea/coffee facities for making even a single drink. This was disappointing as we arrived late and had no idea where any shops were. It would have been helpful to at least make a drink the next morning. There were no instructions on how the air conditioning unit/ warmer worked-couldn't make it switch on, and no information on the local area. There were no staff when we were coming and going to ask, so this would have been helpful.

The location is really good, the apartment is spacious and cleaning ladies change towels and sheets every 3 days, air conditioning works really well in these hot days, there is an elevator so it’s an easy access to all the rooms, in the 2nd floor the music from the club in the basement wasn’t a problem at all, the staff was very accommodating (he stored our luggage after check out when we were waiting for the bus).

Kitchen is not well equipped, there was no hairdryer, it is clean but they don’t clean some parts that are not visiable at first.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We could easily walk to main attractions and wonderful restaurants. Self check-in was very easy and clear.

From our apartment you could hear the pipes/water flowing from the apartment above, so it was quite loud when upstairs neighbors were showering. There is a club on the ground floor. It did not bother us (there are double glazed windows), but there is some noise during the night.

The location is very good to see all the spots in the city- by bus and also walkable. The bed and the shower are really large and doing a good job. The style is chic and we felt comfortable in the room. We can not thank Ismael enough for his kind heart and service to us. He always helped us and answered every request asap. We had booked a “non cancellation option”, however he helped us to refund the last night as we had to shorten our trip. Thanks a lot to the owner and Ismael!

The place is maybe more for summers. We stayed in February and is was still pretty cold so it was unhelpful for us that the AC in the bedroom started whenever we use the light. That made us freeze a lot. Also the AC in the main room was not always our friend. It is also fair to say that there is a bar next door which you can hear in the night

Apartments location is the best thing about it, and you feel safe there. Staff was very nice and helpfull.

Bar is just across the building and they're playing music and talking loud so it's a bit problematic to fall asleep. It's not clean at all, floor was dirty and the shower is moldy, I didn't feel safe stepping into the shower at all. Toilet was also dirty and hairs were all around.
