The location is excellent with easy walking access to many of the points of interest. The hotel itself is excellent with friendly, helpful staff. There is an adjoining restaurant (Casa Gula) which is very handy for a drink or a meal. Our room (201) was a good size with enough storage space for a short visit. Although the surrounding can get noisy in the evenings the windows provide good sound proofing so your sleep is not disturbed. The bathroom was also a good size with plenty of storage space. The wifi signal was strong so there is no problem connecting but it is an open connection with no password required. In addition to the adjoining restaurant the hotel has its own spacious breakfast area. The food supplied was the standard Mediterranean breakfast fare, hot and cold, and of good quality.

Better lighting would have been an improvement. A password for the wifi would have made using the internet safer.

Excellent location. 5 mins walk to the cathedral and real alcazar. 5 mins in the opposite direction takes you to the real Seville, full of local shops and restaurants. Shopping streets are only a street away, and have all the big name shops.

Lovely hotel, with immediate access to restaurants, cafes and sight seeing. Breakfast was of a good variety of products and replenished regularly. Coffee was of good quality. Pleasantly decorated for Christmas.

The hotel temperature was too high, making the room unpleasant - we had to keep the utility window open (in December)! Also, the window in our room was looking onto the dark vertical ventilation shaft. This was totally NOT in the relevant images on site, when we booked our room.

Period of the stay: 17-22.3; 25-26.3 Room: 023 I've had a double stay at this premise within a week (5 days + 1 day) and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city and only 5 minutes away from the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and Santa Cruz neighborhood - yet in a quiet street that has pretty much no people passing through it. Room and bathroom very clean an with all the comforts, cleaning service properly done and a very nice and friendly staff always available to answer my questions. Still about the room, it was located on the first floor, deep inside the hotel and with only another one close to me, therefore I was in a very quiet area; overall, the whole hotel was very quiet during my stays - mainly because I was there during the low season. Very important for all those who'll decide to stay at this hotel: like the large majority of the buildings in Sevilla, the walls are thin, therefore you may experience noises from other guests if you'll stay in areas of the hotels with many rooms close to yours. There was a couple staying in the only room next to mine and occasionally I could hear one of them snoring during the night, but it wasn't anything very load - nevertheless, I could hear it. This is obviously not the hotel's fault: like I said, this is how the buildings are in the city. Therefore, if you're looking for a peaceful stay, ask the hotel in advance to give you a room a bit away from those occupied by other guests. I'll definitely return to this hotel whenever I'll be in Sevilla again.

This hotel in Seville is in an excellent location, very central, feels very safe and close to everything you need on a holiday, including great restaurants, morning coffee, bakeries and the touristy activities. Almost everything is within walking distance to the city’s main attractions and the staff are super helpful with suggestions. I would stay here again without hesitation.

service was excellent. We showed up a day early prior to our Booking.com reservation and the young lady at the front desk Elena worked hard finding the last room available for us. She was the finest service with a smile during our 3 day stay and entire 12 day trip

This was our first time to Seville, we cannot say enough about the location!! There are so many attractions, restaurants and amenities steps outside your door. We would definitely recommend this hotel. You cannot beat the location.

The breakfast was just ok and no coffee included. Would not recommend eating here. There are much better places close by.

Great location very near to Alcázar and Cathedral with loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Reception staff spoke English and were very helpful. Lovely character building. Good value three star hotel.

Room felt a little tired but still fine for three star hotel. Maybe they could have had some music in the lobby to create a bit more atmosphere.

The hotel was central to all the tourist sites and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing and always assisted with a smile. Definitely will stay there again if I ever visit Seville again....a magical city.

The decor and location of the hotel are excellent. Gorgeous stained glass roof and patio view of the town. Easy to walk to all the sitess and restaurants/shopping. Baggage storage after checkout allowed us to continue enjoying the neighbourhood prior to a late afternoon move to the airport.

A coffee pot or kettle to ease into the morning and relax before bedtime.
