We arrived here and we’re struck by the beauty of the hotel, the friendliness of staff, and the incredible location. The facilities exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool and views are incredible. The breakfast was fantastic. Honestly cannot say enough about this hotel. We plan to return to Seville and this is the only hotel we will consider. Kudos to the staff - all of them 😊

The only thing to point out is that both our rooms had no outwards view and faced a wall. This was not an issue for us.

This hotel was perfect! People at the reception very friendly and helpful. I felt super safe. Hotel room was just a the pictures. Cleaning and fresh drinking water everyday. I had a room next to the elevator, but no noise late at night/early in the morning. DELICIOUS breakfast. Eggs are prepared especially for you according to your preference. Fresh orange juice. Rooftop with pool was nice to have with 40 degrees. It's not a big pool. Like 6 strokes, but perfect to cool down. And don't forget the service they're offering. You can text them, and they'll bring you a drink! View from the roof is beautiful. All tourist attractions are very nearby. Same as restaurants. So many options. When I arrived I took the bus from the airport, but it took me quite long (had to wait 30 min., ride took 30 min., and 14 min. walk). So, when leaving I took a taxi. That cost me 32 euro.

There wasn't a thing I didn't like. The only thing was at the check-in. I arrived around 11:30. Check-in is after 15:00. No problem. Then they offered me earlier access (within 30 minutes) to the room, but you need to pay 20 euro for that.... I think you shouldn't offer that at all. Or offer it for free. Oh and I don't like the big shower head. I don't want my hair to get wet. I prefer an adjustable shower head.

I loved the fact that it was very well located and that was a small hotel (boutique) which made it possible for the staff to pay close attention to all the people staying at the hotel. Everyone was very nice and polite at all times, I would definitely not mind to be back!

I can’t say I disliked anything but I’ll leave some things that I think that might help. Keep in mind I was in room 112 so I don’t know what the other rooms look like: the bathroom door, when was open all the way, would get in the way of the person that was sitting on the toilet. Also, the shower should have a cable so you could detach to make it more practical. The water in the shower was hard to go down the drain and would spill out as soon as you open the door. Also would like to see some more variety in the breakfast, with different types of bread for example.

The location is perfect so close to many monuments and restaurants. The decoration is a mix of classic, colonial and retro. It’s such a cute, beautiful and cozy hotel. The rooftop has the most amazing views plus and awesome pool! My teen son and I loved it at the end of an extremely hot and dry day! The buffet breakfast was delicious with an abundant variety of foods, fruits, cheeses, hams, veggies, breads, juices and pastries. Although the location is perfect, the rooms, lobby, pool and rooftop are wonderful, the most abasing thing about this hotel is its staff. Thanks so much Laura, Joanna, the wonderful housekeeping blond/shirt hair lady (sorry it’s not easy for me to remember names), and Sergio were so friendly, accommodating, kind and efficient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going beyond and above to help me with my son who woke up sick and feeling so bad. You guys are the best!

Great location (but I had to orientate myself to discover how close it was to the cathedral). I loved the aesthetic of the hotel, with books scattered everywhere (even the cutest little library above the breakfast area although almost no English books). Fantastic rooftop to take pictures with the Cathedral. Upon checking in, the receptionist is kind and gives you an orientation of the city with their personal recommendations and the main sites. My room did not have a view and the window opened to a wall which didn't bother me as I could open it for air and was walking outside for much of my stay. Most rooms seem to have breakfast included, which was nice for European standards, with a cooked egg of your choice and freshly squeezed orange juice offered to each person with the buffet of breads, pancakes, cake/pastry, yoghurt, fruit, grilled vegetables and unlimited coffees from a coffee machine and teas. Tip to keep in mind is that taxi's to/from the train or bus station are expensive (30-35€ to the airport) and its cheaper to use uber, although uber cannot get into to the old city so just walk a bit an order one from a café or somewhere beside the cathedral (there is an airport bus but its far to walk to with a suitcase). You must also visit Plaza D Espana, its beautiful! I would stay here again for the price.

Theres no complimentary drinking water in the rooms. The water in the fridge costed something like 2.50€ per bottle. I heard alot of guests querying this as its a simple amenity to provide and its rather difficult to slog back from a supermarket.

We liked everything about this hotel. As we entered the hotel we were greeted like friends by Joanna and invited to select from plates of food set up in the cool lobby while they checked to see if our room was ready. We had arrived at around midday after an early departure from Gatwick. Fortunately our room was ready but had it not been we could have left our bags and enjoyed the facilities of the hotel including the amazing roof terrace and pool. Our room was amazing, we opened the curtains to a magnificent view of the Cathedral. The view from the roof terrace was even better across the rooftops of the old part of town. Breakfast was a relaxed affair and the hotel team did all they could to make us welcome. The food at breakfast was excellent with a choice of interesting unusual items together with the more usual selection , cold meats, cheeses, cooked eggs of your choice. I can honestly say this has been the best hotel experience I have ever had. Just don’t tell too many people how great this place is because we would love to stay there again and don’t want to find it fully booked !!!. The hotel building is very traditional and designed to be cool in the warmer months. The location couldn’t be better literally a few minutes walk from the Cathefral, Alcazar etc

From the moment we checked in to the hotel the service and attention to detail was excellent. We had to check out of other accommodation that we had booked elsewhere which spoilt our first trip to Seville BUT Joya del Casco completely changed our experience. The communication from booking was great, they even arranged a taxi to collect us from our other accommodation. We didn’t get the names of the reception staff but they were all excellent and even the breakfast staff in the morning. Don’t miss breakfast which was included in our stay, so much choice and delicious fresh food. Our room was perfect, the roof terrace with drinks and pool was a welcome delight after long day’s sightseeing. The hotel itself was designed beautifully with areas to sit and they were maintained to a high standard at all times. We cannot thank Joya Del Casco enough for making the end of our trip so lovely, we could have stayed a few more nights.

the hotel is situated in a beautiful traditional Sevillan townhouse with a perfect location close to all of the main attractions in the city centre. The room is well appointed and feels about as spacious as it can given the fact the hotel is based in an old property in the atmospheric city centre. The breakfast was a superb spread with lots of local and fresh options. The staff were super friendly and very willing to assist at every opportunity, such as by bringing drinks from the bar to your room or the amazing roof terrace (which is a fabulous space, including the pool) which is much bigger than the photos on the booking.com page suggests. It affords great views of the Cathedral and is a great place to spend some time relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. I really can't say more about what a fun place it is to stay if you are in Seville.

A charming and comfortable hotel tucked into the old quarter, just a 5 minute walk to the Giralda. It’s also reasonable walking distance to most major sites, as well as Sta Justa train station. The staff were all great, always helpful. Sergio, at the front desk, recommended a great seafood restaurant, and his alternate lent us her umbrella on a rainy afternoon, so nice. The top floor deck has a wonderful view across the city, showing a dozen churches, a great spot to just sit and listen to the city. The hotel’s breakfast were very, very good, always served with fresh squeezed orange juice, and made to order eggs, along with a great assortment of fruit, yogurts, cold cuts cheeses. The room itself was compact but had a very comfortable bed. It was also nice and quiet, very little outside noise got through the French doors plus interior shutters. The only noise was from the lobby, when loud guests were talking there, hard to dampen because of the interior design.

The location is great, close to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The terrace is beautiful with a great view over the Cathedral. The breakfast staff was very welcoming and friendly and since I had my birthday during my stay they gave me a little muffin with a candle during breakfast. Very sweet attention!

Nothing really, just a note for tourists coming by car. The streets are VERY narrow and can be a challenge.
