Hotel Celimar

Great central location. On the beach front. Everything in Sitges is walkable and this was the perfect place near everything we needed. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

My room was at the top of the main stairs so some noise from the bar/cafe downstairs floated up early in the morning but nothing terrible. Request a room away from the staircase if you're noise sensitive/light sleeper.

great location, helpful staff

you are given a card as a room key which constanly disconnects and doesn’t work, you need to reconnect it at reception. this happened 5 times in a 5-day stay. Also, safeboxes are given to you with a deposit.

Location is great and the hotel looks really nice from the outside, exactly what you'd want in a pretty town like Sitges. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned almost every day.

The room was small, and the window faces the small internal courtyard, which is fine apart from the stench coming up from the sewage. The hotel feels very outdated inside, which again is fine to sleep only, but for the price paid, you'd probably expect slightly more.

The hotel is perfectly located, with a sea view. Lovely old building, clean yet nicely modernised inside. Helpful staff.

We booked 5 nights. First 2 nights were perfect, but the next 2 were terrible due to hundreds of young people shouting and screaming the whole night long (weekend nights) by adjacent jetty. I appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel, but the police did absolutely nothing - they either just watched or weren't present. Such a shame this spoiled our stay. By day 5 we decided to leave in order to find somewhere quieter to stay.

Smokers by the hotel door who come to hang out. The cigarette smoke filters back into the hotel especially when you are inside trying to have a drink.

Excellent value for money for such a central location in the town and immediately in front of the beach. For a 3-Star hotel it met my expectations and most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful (and very good at getting taxis in a town where they seem surprisingly sparse), the bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean.

no criticisms

I was travelling alone so didnt want to splash out on a fancy room - I went for the basic small double. It was great for one person (still ok for 2) with nice ensuite and to my surprise had a small balcony overlooking the sea. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and sitting early evening outside with a beer was a real treat.

Breakfast was extra - which is fine but the selection was just a coffee and croissant. I went to the cafes nearby for breakfast. Dont keep your room key next to your mobile - I had to keep getting my key reprogrammed.

Friendly staff special Mr. Mohammed that is really very gentle man who is very respectfully and very helpful and kisses. Customer service can be built and be teached to people. Mr. Mohammed knows the exact people needs and helped them with big smile. Many thanks 🥰 for everyone, I really enjoyed my holiday. Thank you

Price is expensive

Smart hotel on seafront. Clean, welcoming reception and bar area. Comfy bed. Clean towels provided daily. Helpful, friendly reception staff. Drinks area outside facing promenade and beach.

Room was small (but advertised as small). Shower screen broken and kept coming off runner.

It was central to all the amenities and so close to the beach restaurants and bars. I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room and would have like a room with balcony as we did asked when booking.
