Parrots Sitges Hotel

My experience was great besides my doubts when I booked this hotel since it is located in a street which is rather busy and noisy due to the restaurants, clubs and pubs. The room an interior one overlooks a common area and it was very spacious, comfortable, clean and without hearing any external noise. The staff was exceptional, Hector and Fabio were great, very helpful on everything we asked and it was explained with every detail.

The breakfast was good almost the same every morning, if it was possible to have some additional variety of food that it would be perfect.

My room with balcony was very nicely appointed and comfortable for my visit to Sitges. The hotel offered a breakfast option that was really exceptional. In addition to fruit, yogurt, pastries and other breakfast items, Juan, the breakfast manager also prepared eggs to order and they were incredibly well prepared. The breakfast was a really nice way to start your day while exploring Sitges. I also enjoyed the espresso/coffee options at breakfast. Everyone from the front office staff to the room attendant were really nice to interact with. I also should mention that the location was perfect. It was convenient for everything from restaurants, shops, and beaches. If bars or clubs are of interest, they are also very convenient. I will look forward to future visits.

Even before I arrived, the hotel front office had initiated contact to make my arrival as smooth as possible. Throughout my stay, the staff provided assistance with any questions or needs during my stay. I can't express enough how great the breakfast was. It made such a huge impact on my stay and I am very grateful for Juan who was doing an outstanding job with coordinating breakfast.

The location was excellent. My room was at the rear of the hotel, so it was quiet. The staff were very helpful. There was a fridge in the room and free use of the safety deposit box. Good air con and a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. Parasols for the beach we’re free to take and beach towels for a 1 euro charge. Secure luggage storage room and I could have stayed in the room until noon on my departure day. I also requested and got an early checkin too , so all good. Breakfast was included. A limited choice but the chef would cook eggs for you. Good coffee.

There were no major negatives. The bathroom had a little mound on the silicone and the hinge for the screen was a bit grubby but the room itself was clean.

The hotel is good located - very close to the beach and to the town center with lots of pubs and restaurant. It was very clean. The service was very friendly. We are happy with our choice.

We had a room with small widow facing the wall so there was literaly nothing to look at. We missed the balcony, so we could dry our towels after visting to the beach. The breakfast was ok. You could order scrabled eggs, fired eggs omlet, becon. There were also sweet snacks and fruits. However, we missed some vegetables like tomato, lettice or cucumber.

You couldnt get a more central location. The room was upgraded to a balcony room for free, which was definitely a bonus as it was bright and spacious..super clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Amazing shower with jets to squirt everywhere you might need a squirt. The balcony got sun all day. The Welsh guy on reception was super friendly and sweet and let us stay after check out as our train to the next destination wasn't leaving till later in the day. This may not always be possible he said but when it is we help our guests. It was a game changer for our last day. We stayed in a 4 star hotel for most of the week and regret not staying here instead. It was better. Thank you Parrots!

Honestly, nothing. Even when the internet went down ( a regional outage) we went to parrots bar and they gave us their password which reached into the hotel too.

WE LOVED STAYING HERE. Would 100% stay here again. You can rent towels for the beach and there are beach umbrellas availible for guests. The rooms were clean and spacious for two people. We packed the mini fridge full and loved having a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. We LOVED having a small balcony to watch all the partygoers in the evening. The hotel staff were super friendly. Our favorite part of the hotel was the proximity to the beach - it's one street over and ridiculously easy to walk.

We ended up being pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was, considering it's on the middle of a party, bar/club street. That being said, there were several nights where a loud party could be heard or woke us up. At no point did it feel uncomfortable or unsafe and it's in no way a reflection on the hotel - but something to note before you anticipate completely silent nights.

Excellent location at 100m from the beach, 500m from the bus stop (direct buses from El Prat airport) and you only have to walk out the door to be in the middle of the lively ambiance of Sitges. Despite the central location, our room was very quiet (except for some construction work that was going on nearby). Breakfast was available until 11h30 (perfect after a long night) and the buffet had a good variety. Staff was friendly and relaxed. Most rooms seem to have a private terrace and on top of that there are several public terraces that all guests can use to sit outside, sunbathe...

Our room didn't have a good wifi reception.

The location of the property is superb. Ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the bar district. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, catering to food intolerances and giving us a late check. They really did go above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Hotel rooms are clean and airy and housekeeping will tend to the rooms everyday if you put the green sign on the door.

It can be noisy at night, but that is to be expected considering the location.

Location is in the center of the bustle of Sitges at the gay street and centre to everything.

In need of a renovation, but the staff at reception are really helpful and very clean. Also the air conditioner worked perfectly which was a plus.
