The hotel is super central and very close to the train and bus station so easy to get to. The room on the last floor was very small without a bidet but had a cute balcony with a limited sea view. The reception was really helpful in fixing some issues that we had with the room and very supportive of other issues that occurred.

The room was located on the last floor, which unfortunately is not served by the lift which stops on the 5th floor. I would suggest the guest with limited capacity move to let the hotel know to get a room at the lift level. We could not understand why every time we had the room cleaned, the aircon was switched off from the main at the reception, even if we kept the aircon off while not staying at the hotel.

The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The beds were larger than expected and comfortable, and we had a nice little balcony that looked over neighbouring gardens. Drinks were available to purchase 24 hours, which is a great thing to have in Sitges, as most shops close around 10pm. The rooms were cleaned daily and the area had plenty of shops and restaurants at our disposal. Amazing value for money.

The only complaint really was that our door cards would deactivate quite a lot. That being said, the staff would always solve this immediately. It should also be noted that there is a separate Wifi network for each floor.

The front office and the cleaning staff was very accomodating and uncomplicated. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room itself was simple but functional and had a very nice and sunny view. The internet connection was very decent which is more than I expected for a hotel in this price range.

Like in most hotels in this price range, the rooms are a little live and sometimes you hear things that do not even happen on your floor. Bring earplugs if you easily wake up during the night.

EVERYTHING. Full stop. No idea why anyone would give low scores. Location was great, great room, big, nice and helpful staff 24h. Definitely a good choice.

I could suggest a couple of things. 1. Maybe a complimentary bottle of water. 2. Windows and balcony doors didn't seem to close tight enough, worrying specially with sharing balcony rooms. 3. Just a toothbrush would be better than shower caps.

Location was perfect, facilities are a bit old but well kept, the staff was super nice.

The room smelled a bit of smoke (guessing from previous guests), the inhability to bring visits as it is forbiden unless registered at the entrance (the room is already paid for, don’t really see the need to register everyone that comes into the hotel) and the walls are paper thin, so you might listen to everything happening around.

Comfy bed. Balcony which was nice in the evening. Location was well placed to walk from the coach stop from BCN, the railway station and town centre and beaches.

No kettle or tea/coffee making in the room, Internet was a bit variable. The safe needed a key from reception for which there was a daily charge.

Location, and Dolores, the front desk staff was very specific on the No Smoking Policy which I appreciated because I don’t smoke and very sensitive to cigarette smoke.

There was a minor incident. The cleaning lady took some of my stuff and didn’t return it although she admitted it. I think it prompted me to locked everything and took my important stuff with me when ever I leave my room.

Hotel was excellently positioned within a few hundred feet of beach and main shopping area. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

My main concern was the WiFi in my room was only accessible in around 15% of the room. I couldn't sit on balcony and access Internet, emails etc.

Functional and good size room with balcony. The staff was superb, always willing to help and very friendly. The cleaners did a great job as well as being very professional, something really appreciated. The location is also fantastic, close to the train stations, Mercadona supermarket, shops, cafes and the beach. It was also good value for money though we went at the end of September. The room has a safe and the bathroom includes a bidet for those who may appreciate it.

Because we stayed in late September/beginning of October, I wonder how noisy this room could be but that's me that I am quite sensitive to noises so don't let that put you off. You can always ask for a room not facing the main road, which I may do if I stay again.

Staff were exceptional. Went above and beyond what was expected. Super friendly and helpful.

My mistake more than theirs. This was my second visit. I miss remembered the amount of steps involved. I have been recently disabled and still getting used to the addition of a wheelchair into my life. The hotel is not wheelchair friendly, however, they were very helpful and did everything with a smile.
