The apartment was great and well cleaned every day, and the hotel was really amazing. The staff was nice. For vacation with small kids, it is great. The kids especially loved the daily time in the pool, which was really nice. The entrainment in the evening was good as well. The choice of food was huge and the prices for the drinks and the lunch menu were really fine. I would recommend this hotel.

All the tables in the restaurant were for 4 people and we were 5, so there was not enough space and it was impossible to find 2 tables next to each other. The beach is not 250 m from the hotel, from our apartment to the beach was round 15 min. The taste of food was good but not great, it could be a bit better, maybe better chefs. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was great, really good location, lovely room very close to the pool. Really useful to have the supermarket right on site too and plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. Great facilities at the hotel, good breakfast buffet, lovely pool and just a few minutes’ walk to the sea (and about ten minutes’ walk to a beach where you can swim). Great room cleaning, hats off to the cleaning staff! I also liked that it was made so easy for guests to recycle e.g. their plastic bottles. Keen animation team. Would stay here again.

I can’t really suggest anything that could be better.

The pools and all the activities for the kids were nice, especially the mini disco every night. Quite calm and nice place to stay with children all around. The room was very modern with great ac, microwave and fridge.

It was hard to get your own sunbed, since all the sunbeds were taken early on (pool opens at 10am, and most of the beds were taken after 7am). We didn't get 2 sunbeds next to each other in the whole stay here, as people allocated the beds (sometimes even when they didn't show up to the pool at all, just reserved them 'just in case')

The location was close to the beach. The breakfast was mostly the same every day, but you had to season it in order to taste good. We believe it was cooked to be ok for children as there were a lot of young couples with little children there. Every night, there were fun parties made for children. The room was cleaned daily. There is a supermarket inside the complex in one of the buildings. The swimming pool was very big.

The gym was very small. You could see that the guests don’t use if as much as other facilities.

The children’s pool was excellent. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Our room was spacious, with a great kitchenette and a nice view from our 4th floor balcony of the hotel pool and sea. You get a great sunrise. The entertainment in the evening for kids was great. Our two young children had a great time.

annoying that people reserve the sun beds even though it says not to. The staff don’t do anything about it. It was difficult to find somewhere to sit in the afternoon and this was in April.

We thoroughly enjoyed it. Great family holiday accommodation with both indoor and outdoor pool, steam & hot sauna, kids club & evening entertainment, mini supermarket on site, variety of buffet. Staff were very helpful. Carlos and head chef were particularly helpful to explain the foods allergy for my child.

You could hear your neighbour loud and clear as the walls were thin.

We stayed in one of the apartments a short walk from the main hotel. But it was a lovely, clean and comfortable place with a balcony and a peaceful private pool for just the apartment block. Food and service was great.

One hour drive from the airport which adds to the cost so just to be sure to factor that in when budgeting. There was no WiFi signal inside the apartment. A lot of kids like to use the indoor pool because the outdoor pools aren’t heated so it can get quite busy and manic in there.

The pool was great for kids. The food was exceptional quality, we were half board but also had lunch there a few days too. The kids entertainment team deserve a medal! The enthusiasm, passion, friendliness and professionalism- they made me smile everyday! Reception team super helpful with cot/taxi

Not enough sun beds at times (put your towel out early!) - no baby change near the restaurant at night, would have been very handy! Different baby baths in room, needed both of us to be able to use

This hotel is very friendly and being owned by a local family, avoids many pitfalls of big chain hotels. The general layout, while large, is good and there is lots to do there. As a group of adults, we picked an apartment, which had a good layout and generally well equipped. The size was good and ouside our block was a small pool which was lovely and quiet. It was also good for us to have the adult only areas like the Ibiza terrace and the menorca restaurant. While we weren't the target market, the entertainment were great and put loads on for people of all ages! Breakfast was great, although could have done with an extra half an hour later on the opening times for us late risers

There were a few times the terrace bar was shut or closed early, which was a bit annoying but not the end of the world. Could do with washing up liquid in the apartment without having to buy it. The air con/ water system made a LOT of noise which wasnt pleasant. The hotel is very spread out. Fine for us but not great for anyone with mobility issues - definitely ask for main building if you do! Check out is 11am, earlier than many others in the area. We tried to arrange a room extension, was told to wait until the day before, then that morning, told we had to come back after 8pm to know. Frustrating and not helpful for planning, then couldnt get one after all of that!

Fantastic family resort, absolutely spotless, relaxed and friendly. So we’ll run. We all loved it. Especially the roof top bar!

The resort is split into several buildings, some located on residential streets away from hotel. The indoor pool was closed with no explanation.
