Great location for access to the city centre and though no secure parking, the street parking around the hotel was safe enough. The room was small but adequate for the two of us. The bathroom was clean and in good order. All the staff were helpful but a big shout out goes to the young lady managing the breakfast. She was very friendly, efficient and chatty, so it was just as well her English was perfect! The breakfast itself was excellent with plenty of variety, fresh fare and delicious.

Our room on the ground floor (Room 1) was facing a wall with only a limited view of the street, so not an exciting view, but this didn't spoil our stay.

We went to Teurel to visit this lovely city. The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable & perfect for us. Personal were friendly and the breakfast buffet was variable & good. The hotel was very close but not in the old part of the city. So it was perfect for us to walk in each day. Parking was easy as there are quiet streets around to put the car to sleep. Can highly recommend this hotel. Met all our wishes. Thank you.

There were many things we liked, the most important of which was the great service from the staff. They went beyond what was required to make my 90 year old mother comfortable.

The disabled access was through a side entrance, and there was a slight step making it difficult to access by a wheelchair.

A very good hotel in good condition. Good location easy walking distance to the town centre. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to communicate with Reception who spoke good English. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choices.

We found it modern, up to date, clean and the staff were great. No parking available, but the side street nearby provided free parking.

Shower area a bit on the small side and the shower head in our room allowed the shower head to spin around.

Very, very nice accomodation close to center of Teruel. The staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms was calm and bed was quite big and comfortable. We are look forward to be back next year.

The restaurant was under the reconstruction but few steps next to the hotel were several possibilities for breakfast or dinner.

Free parking close to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff knowing a lot about the city's history and giving good recommendations. Big rooms and bathrooms, confortable beds and good breakfast.

We paid a little extra for car parking and got the car in a secure area under the hotel. The staff were very friendly and patient with my poor Spanish. When we came back to the car the next morning, someone has cleaned all the glass on the car which was very welcome! Very handy for the old part of town and the restaurants etc..

The restaurant was closed for refurbishment, but access to restaurants etc was just a short walk away.

It's a lovely hotel, the lobby is very nice but the rooms are basic. The receptionist Patricia was wonderful! So friendly, helpfully and professional.

It can be a bit noisy if you have a road side room with traffic but not enough of an issue to make a fuss .
